I brought my dog yesterday (2nd visit) and I dropped him off 1st thing in the morning. I called 3 hours later to see if he was almost done, and the girl stated that he would not be done until 4pm. That, to me, was ridiculous. He was the 1st dog dropped off at 9am. I asked why he was going to be so long and the groomer in the background started yelling, "he is taking forever to dry and I will call her when he is done". Completely rude and unprofessional. It was almost like he was inconveniencing her by having to dry him. It was not said in a nice tone either. I told the receptionist to get my dog done and that I was done with them. I went and picked up my dog and the receptionist was staring at her phone and did not even acknowledge me until someone else said hi. No apology and the groomer did not even let me know how he did. When I am spending $130 to get my dog groomed I expect more professionalism from the staff. I will not be going back there ever again.

We did all the waiting and the vet spent with us 5 minutes and when I was checking out I was informed that I can't get the health certificate bc apparently they don't do those. I asked the reception lady that had a major attitude and didn't even want to rip herself off the chair to check with the doctor if that can be provided since that's what I was there for and that's what I got the last time we have been there. She was rude and unprofessional, not willing to help or even see the point from the side of a costumer. So I was there for something as simple as puppy health certificate so I can't even imagine what it would be like to have something more serious and complicated done there. I of course am not coming back there. Do not recommend going there anyone. This place has a nice interior but that's about it.

I was not disappointed. They treated my very nervous and frequently car sick Chihuahua/Pom Bella with care and didn't overcharge. My only gripe is I wish her hair was cut a bit shorter and next time I will emphasize that. Thanks ! We'll be back.

The environment in the shop is comfortable and welcoming, and there's nice pet products to shop while you wait. I explained that the previous groomer shaved her and ruined her double coat. After I paid the $116 (outrageous price) they brought my girl out and her entire body (even her face) was shaved almost to her skin. They have ruined her coat. He was condescending and almost rude at times. He does not show an ounce of compassion to my dogs. My one dog had been suffering from an ear infection starting back in November. Took him to the Dr. three times cause he had gook coming out of his ears and Dr. says he just has wax, no infection or yeast. Took him to a new vet and my dog was suffering from double ear infections and a ruptured middle ear! Thanks to Dr. B. he was almost be deaf. The office staff was nice though and was always able to get in quickly but they lost me as a client.
