Total rip off. Called to have a new blade installed on my lawnmower. I couldn't get the old blade…read moreoff because of a seized bolt. I was quoted on the phone $50 and if I dropped it off, it would be ready by the end of day. I got a call about 3:30pm that the mower was ready and the price is $65 CASH ONLY. I asked why the increase in price and the front desk lady said that he had a hard time with the bolt. I said ok, I'm on my way. When I got there, the mower wasn't ready because he tipped the mower upside down and got oil in the carburetor and air filter and he was cleaning them. Another half hour passed as he finished cleaning his mess and then he helped me load my mower. When I got home, I checked the new blade and to my amazement, he installed an old blade on my mower. I paid $65 for him to clean the oil out of the carburetor and replace my good air filter with a piece of cheap foam both of which wasn't the reason I brought the mower in. I called him when I got home and was told for an additional $40, he will install a new lawn mower blade. WHAT??? That's the only reason why I brought my mower there in the first place. Oldest trick in the book...bait and switch. Don't patronize this place. They seem like tweekers.

Great experience from these guys! Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful even though all I was…read moreneeding was a blade sharpened. I just happened to be in the area when I needed the blade sharpened, but I'll definitely make the drive back there for any future mower service needs I have.

Tractor Supply Co. gets all the stars from me because of three things:…read more 1. Excellent customer service. There was a young dude (with longer hair) who assisted with the propane tank refill during my first visit, and he was so chill, while also being super informative and helpful. Give him all the raises. Then there was a young lady who helped me during my second visit, and she was also super informative and helpful. Give her all the raises. 2. Propane refill prices are amaaaaaazing. $2.49/gallon. I think one time it may have been $2.29/gallon? If you paying less than, I'm going to assume you're buying propane from someone who stole it. Everyone else charges $3.50/gallon or more. Soooo, here's what you should do: (a) buy a brand new 20-lb tank (pre-purged; Bernzomatic, for example) from Home Depot or Lowe's for $30, and then (b) go to this Tractor Supply Co. location and get the tank filled for like... another $10-12. It ends up being much cheaper than doing the propane tank exchange nonsense that most people do. It's one extra step, but you save yourself so much money, and you end up getting more gas for your buck. And we all like having extra gas, right? 3. I almost missed this Piedmont location, and thought I would have to drive out to the Edmond location; Yelp kept telling me that this location didn't exist. The fact that I have a Tractor Supply Co. location relatively close to home is pretty great.

Great selection of goods. Wonderful service! Reasonable prices! Ask for Tim, he's awesome!!read more
