This company was extremely unprofessional during our housing sale. We already had two quotes that…read moresaid we needed a roof repair of about $3,200. We did our due diligence by requesting him to take a look at the roof. He called my husband and said it would be $52, 000 to replace the roof on a 2400 single story square foot house. Which is ridiculous. We told him not to send the quote to us. In turn, somehow a personal email quote was given to the buyers of this house. This caused great turmoil and stress and again we had another roofer which makes three all saying the roof is in great shape except for the repair that was previously mentioned. His quote for $52,000 was so out of line, that I can only think he didn't want to do the Job! It's very surprising since everyone thinks so highly of him. Very unfortunate, I would never do business with him.

The use of only composite roofs was never mentioned in the giveaway. So, Once Again - Just Another Wealthy Corporation Who Lies.

Mike MacAlevy and his company Selkirk Timberwrights built our timber home in Naples four years ago…read more From the first time we met with Mike and his wife Tanya at their office, we were impressed with the orderliness, cleanliness and professionalism at their business. Mike designed our home himself from a crude design we drew on a piece of paper, and was patient with us as we met and tweaked it numerous times. Mike's crew was very friendly and professional. During the build, we would often watch Mike install a piece of wood, inspect it, remove it, shave off the tiniest bit and reinstall it so it was perfect! Looking at other homes we have noticed builders frequently will let things slide, and it shows, but Mike never did. Although the building process was slower than us eager homeowners would've liked, the end result is a beautiful custom home from start to finish with special details throughout that everyone notices when they visit. Even others in the construction business always ask, "Who built your house?" as they gaze around. We're so happy we chose Mike and Tanya!
