The pork was a tad tough, but nothing crazy and there could have a little more of the spices present. The cavatelli was cooked al dente which I liked. I also tried the veal Sorrentino. The person at my table asked for it to be veal even though the menu only offered the chicken variety, and they happily said it was not a problem. I had the chicken previously and my thoughts were the same (see previous review for similar thoughts).
