Dr. Bailey?! Professor Tracey?! I'm not too sure what to call him yet. I was referred to him by a friend who was treated by him for a meniscus injury. I personally have worked in the construction field all my adult life. I have not kept a healthy diet much less and exercise routine and it finally has caught up with my body at 38. I have attended 3 sessions so far and I am now a believer! My issues are not ones that will go away overnight. I am still in pain but I have noticed improvement. The man knows his stuff. He is basically able to read your body with his hands. His techniques are individually tailored for your injury or issue you may be having. Each session is a learning experience for myself. I'm disappointed in myself for the damage I alone caused unknowingly to my body, but Tracey is a kind man who doesn't judge and instead educates on how to make changes to avoid future problems. We are still in the repair faze of my road to recovery, but I am confident in what I've seen so far that I came to the right place! I have meniscus pain in both knees and have undergone surgery on both. The last surgery 10 months ago with no significant improvement. I now realize I could have probably avoided surgery had I come to see Tracey first had I known about him and treated the root of the problem beforehand. He is beyond an excellent exercise physiologist. The amount of effort he puts into each session is humbling. He truly cares about your well being and is doing his best to help with his skills. This is more than just his job/business. Healing is his skill. I can tell he loves his job and is constantly learning and adapting techniques to fit your needs. He is an excellent listener and asks questions you couldn't even think of before. You will be impressed by his assessment on the initial visit! I guarantee it! He knows human anatomy better than any doctor who just wants to prescribe medicine or put you under the knife. If you love yourselves?! Come see Tracey first! It will change your life! I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and flat feet. I am a Ups driver and have been dealing with this for at least 10yrs looking for some relief. Tracey is amazing. His broad experience in the field makes him extremely knowledgeable about various different exercises, what muscles they effect and how they interact with affected areas. He also knows how to modify these exercises on the fly if he needs to make it easier/harder and curtails it specifically to your injury. He then lets you know which exercises you should focus on when at home or at the gym. I am basically almost ready to get back into weight lifting and my headaches are completely gone. I see Tracey at UCLA, where he goes on Tuesday's. I've been seeing him for a couple months now, and he really knows what he's doing. I work in retail, and I get a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder area. Seeing him continually makes a huge difference. It's become much more tolerable to stand for a long time. He doesn't just do the same thing each time, and uses a variety of different techniques. He gives a lot of helpful tips and suggestions, and is always down to answer my questions. My posture has improved a lot. He's definitely one of the best massage therapists I've seen! read more

Treatments like the Pros receive Finally someone with the passion has brought the treatment methods used on the Pro athletes to the general population, that would be Tracey. He tailors my treatments based on my progress (elderly pace). I am amazed how Tracey can access where the pain is with his hands, and trace the path of the pain to the trigger points. Treatment is not just focused on the problem area, but the body as a whole. Tracey has treated me for a couple months when my customer mandated my presence at our overseas factory, meaning long flight, then walk / stand for full 3 days! I could barely walk for 10 min (like shopping), needing to rest my ortho arthritis knees. We had a 6 weeks challenge! During those 5 weeks prior to the trip, there was a combination of treatments - cold / hot light therapy, massage cupping, electro-stimulations, (new to me) Graston Technique (separates knotted muscle, moves toxins), and finally adding rehab exercises (gained strength and taught me how to walk properly, previously waddled with pain). Each treatment is tailored to my pace, with Tracey constantly assessing my progress (what I can handle). The 5 weeks was preparing the body, now the last week in addition to the final treatments - Tracey prepared me mentally, then educated me with the do's and don'ts to keep the body in a steady state for the changing environment. Tracey even advised on things to pack that I would never have thought of! Handled the 3 long days standing in the plant and including dinner, I did hurt but the hurt was the feet from standing all day, NOT my knees. Just an AMAZING accomplishment for both Tracey and me. Plan to stay teamed up with Tracey, we will continue to work and get me stronger, as well as tackle that A1C next! I should have written this review long ago, but Tracey did an amazing job with a tricep injury I had related to DOMs from over lifting. I could not flex my arm beyond 90 degrees. With Tracey's therapy, what would've taken weeks for me to get function back, he was able to get in about 10 minutes. He really worked the tricep muscle, messaged and KT taped it after for continued healing. I had full range of motion within 10 minutes and after the swelling went down, was able to incorporate back weights. Thank you Tracey! read more

I purchased a session for my husband who had previously had shoulder surgery. He would constantly deal with a tight shoulder and stiff neck that when stressed would flareup and cause him pain. Tracey was able to bring relief by breaking up the build up tissue. My husband continued to see Tracey on his own. Horrible energy is not good for body healing, How I agree with the other one star reviews. After speaking with Tracey on the phone, after waiting over a week for him to call me back, I found him to be completely arrogant and condescending. I often can tell a lot about a merchant and his/her ethics by their very own responses to negative reviews. I didn't look at yelp before I called but when I came here to post I read his response to a negative review, and had I seen it I would have never even reached out to him. There is a review by a man who Tracey said he performed a "soft background check" on, and I have no doubt that that person is completely sane and not a crazy person as Tracey tries to insinuate. It's super manipulative and abusive behavior to discredit someone making them sound like they are crazy or felons by using the words "background check" and saying that other people in his office agreed. It's like bullying in my opinion. He does backpedal, he will also try to defend himself, making him to be the professional, focused on health, but I found him manipulating constantly during our conversation and I don't believe he has well being for his patients at the heart of his business. I would not want someone with such negative and mean spirited energy radiating their bad juju from their hands and putting them on my body. I was looking for a sports specific therapist for injuries from training. Having found Tracey's service online, I purchased his '2 session' package, and contacted him to make an appointment that was 2 weeks from the time of call. So for 2 weeks I waited desparately for my session with him, and looking forward to some relief. The day before my appointment I recieve a text message from a messaging service, telling me in 1 short sentence that my appointment had been cancelled. Tracey made effort to contact me, and no explanation was given. I tried to follow up through text message and email, and what I got back from him was even more confusing and down right weird. Luckily I had people around me that also heard my phone call with him when I made the appointment, and the same people read his message to me after appointment was cancelled, and 3 people besides me all looked at each other like something very weird was happening, because literally nothing Tracey said made sense - and not just in terms of an explanation to my cancelled appointment, but in terms of speaking coherently he made no sense! So if any one is looking to get their phyiscal issues fixed, I STRONGLY suggest avoiding this person and their 'services' - something is clearly not right with him and I wouldn't risk putting my health into the hands of someone that isn't what they seem to be.
