I first went to Dr. Venerable after dealing with chronic neck pain from a pinched nerve. I was extremely nervous because I'd never been to a chiropractor but I was also running out of options in helping myself feel better. When I arrived I couldn't shake the fear and was in tears at me possibly doing more harm than good. He immediately made me feel welcomed and was very patient with me. He reassured me throughout the process which was worth its weight in gold. I left my first appointment feeling better almost instantly and I finally was able to sleep through the night pain free after months of struggling. I am so happy that I took the first step in trying chiropractic care even though I was a bit apprehensive. I feel so much better and definitely encourage you to pick a provider that is professional but also empathetic to the challenges you are having with your body. read more

Venerable Chiropractic Clinic - Chiropractors Near Me - Pasadena, California

I pulled a muscle in my inner thigh more than two years ago. With exercises from a physical therapist, the pain went away from time to time but it always came back. A friend recommended Dr. Venerable. He did a 3-D scan of my feet and it turned out that they were the cause of the problem. He recommended buying inserts at a store for my shoes and he said if they didn't work, he could have inserts made for me based on the scan. I had less pain with the inserts from the store, but I decided to try the ones made for me. It's been a few days and I feel much less pain. He said these inserts will work like therapy every time I take a step. I feel very ecouraged. I very highly recommend him. read more

Dr. Brian Venerable is the kindest, most caring, reliable, professional, skilled, chiropractor I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. He is not just a master of his trade, he is also a genuinely good person to his core. As his patient you are treated like family. He never fails to greet each person he encounters with a beautiful smile followed by uplifting conversation that shows his attention, empathy, and desire to help improve your health and well-being. His office decor shows that he is a devoted husband and loving father, which adds to his ability to actually change the lives of his patients through pain relief and chiropractic therapy yet he still remains humble. His fees are always very reasonable even though what he does is priceless. There is no better choice than Dr. Venerable and I will continue to seek his care for myself, my family, my friends, and my business clients for as long as he continues to practice. First review in I don't know how long, but that's how much I'm loving how I feel after getting adjusted by Dr. Brian. First visit is a little bit longer, with a basic run down of your lifestyle and activities. With my avid and increased work out regime, my poor body has had to sustain multiple strains and ongoing pain in my left shoulder/side. That paired with me now sitting in front of a computer for 10 hours a day was havoc on my neck, shoulder, and back. I haven't been formally adjusted by a hands on chiro in about 5 years, my wanna be hippie dippie lifestyle had me going to a holistic chiro who never even needed to touch me; but my body was in desperate need of being realigned. First time is pure magic, I tell ya. Dr. Brian is ridiculously strong and reset my neck and back in ways I didn't even know was possible. I got a sudden burst of energy and slept like a baby that night. After just 5 weekly sessions, I'm back to doing inverted push ups and my wrist pain is almost non existent with the technique he taught me for self care while at home. Office visits are super easy as he has open hours 3 days a week and you just show up and get adjusted. read more

I am a retired doctor of Chiropractic. I 'found' Dr. Venerable four years ago. I was having a flare-up of sciatic radiculitis that hadn't bothered me for over thirty years. Dr. Brian fixed me right up, I actually remember that it took 13 treatments. It would have been fewer treatments = but I didn't go when the first symptoms appeared. I am now starting to feel some pain in my lower back (around my left PSIC). While trying to find his new address I came across this site. I highly recommend Dr. Venerable. He is knowledgeable and has good technique. I am going to see him today. Sincerely, Dr. Michael D. Matheus D.C. (retired) read more

I was waiting to review until I had seen Dr. Brian a few times. I have gone a total of 4 times now and all have been wonderful experiences. His method makes me feel a lot better and helps with my ongoing shoulder and neck pain. What really makes his place the BEST is the monthly membership. You pay $60 your first visit and can come anytime you want within that month, unlimited visits!! Yes!!! Unlimited!! He is only open 3 days a week M,W,F usually until 6-7pm. You can come anytime during the day with no appts, all are walk ins. I have not waited more than 5-10 mins on each visit. I have spent so much money on individual visits at other Chiros and this deal by far cannot be beat! read more

Very personable. He seems to go out of his way to make sure he is as accessible as possible. Does a great job, as well.

I had surgery a couple weeks ago and was stuck in bed at the hospital for days! When I was allowed to get up, my own body betrayed me and I couldn't move my back, neck or shoulders at all without pain. My daughter dragged me to see Dr Brian. Listen I'm a little old lady. I'm under a 100 pounds and 65 years old. This was my first visit ever to a chiropractor and it's scary when you're in pain and someone wants to crack your back! But dr Brian is extremely gentle, but persistent and very strong. He works hard to get your body to a healthy place, and seems to truly care about you. While recovery from my surgery is still a long process, I'm glad that I can walk and move again -Even turn my head! read more

I didn't realize how uncomfortable I was until Dr. Venerable made the pain go away. He knows his stuff, is kind, upbeat, and always focused on the positive. Most importantly, he is patient. I have never been comfortable with chiropractic care; it's sudden and noisy and scary for me even though it makes me feel so much better. Dr. Venerable moves at my pace. He works with me to relax so I can get the most out of every adjustment. And his fee schedule makes it possible for me to go as often as I need to, knowing that whether I visit five times or fifty, the monthly price won't change. That ensures that I can get the benefit of regular visits without breaking my bank. He's terrific! read more

I took my daughter in to see Dr Venerable because she had been in an accident and was complaining of pain. Neither my daughter nor I had ever been to a Chiropractor before so we were unsure what to expect. Dr Venerable's style is very lay back, unhurried and thorough. He made us feel at home and relaxed. After a very extensive questionnaire the doctor created a treatment plan. We have started treatment and are very happy with the progress that is being made. Our experience has been pleasant and would we would highly recommend the doctor services. read more

I feel like I have my life back, and that is all thanks to Dr. Venerable. He is a great teacher, a warm and caring person, a man of strong ethics. He has a wonderfully upbeat outlook on life and he inspires that in others. He is an exceptional doctor and I feel privileged to know him and very lucky to be his patient. I have been a zookeeper for 25 years. This is a job that is very hard on the body. I was in increasing pain from muscle strain, tendonitis, and joint damage, so much that my life was becoming more and more restricted, the quality more and more diminished. It was easier to say what didn't hurt than it was to list everything that did. I struggled with my job and my home life. I slept badly and my blood pressure was getting too high. My orthopedist was unable to do much for me. It sounds overly dramatic, but I really felt that I might die sooner because of so much pain and the stress it generated. then 2 1/2 years ago I was referred to Dr. Brian Venerable, and things started looking up immediately. It turns out my legs are not the same length, so now I wear a lift in one shoe. My knees and hips stopped hurting within a week or two, and I don't twist my ankles or hit my head as much anymore. From my first adjustment I got range of motion back and my pain started to diminish in my neck and back. It probably took 6 months or so to get all of my pain under control and for my blood pressure to return to normal. I think that my condition is still improving even after 2 1/2 years. It used to be that as I started the last week before my appointment I would know that I really needed it. Now I sometimes go still feeling good. Dr. Ven has more than once suggested that I come see him only when I need to, but I feel very strongly that, because of the damage my jobe does to my body every day, the key to maintaining my condition is a monthly adjustment, whether I "need" it or not. I am by no means pain free. Things still flare up, but the intensity and duration of my pain is very minimal compared to how it used to be. And I know a visit to Dr. Venerable will set things right.
