I followed up with my school on 12/03/2024 and they informed me that my status through IDPH is still yet to be determined. I reached out to 123 Finger Print Me via email and phone call (3 times with voicemail), and am still awaiting a response since 12/03/2024. I was stressing out that I would not be able to enroll in my spring semester of school, but luckily my new job required me to complete fingerprinting since they also did not see anything through the IDPH website. Long story short, don't waste your money and time with this company and please go to Accurate Biometrics where they will process your stuff accurately.
