They interview me, and ask me about my previous employers I was honest and stated the facts about my previous employers in which they had no intergrity and lack skills! They wasted my time from the get go, the interview text me, talking the lingo of keeping it real, then they reschedule my interview, then after that on my interview date the interview was not at the office in fact that person ask me to do an interview over zoom! I accepted because I drove all the way far and I didn't want it to be for nothing however if was an higher rank manager at the office, who decided to request personal job information in the lobby office of the job. I can state would go faith you should stay far away from this company because if you have work with another security firm and they have a relationship with them they will not tell you but they will hold that against you. They interview felt comfortable texting me before the interview, but after the interview in which that person was not there and ask to do a zoom meeting, the person did not respond to any of my text. \ Listen I will be reporting these people to the proper office authorithy within IL and to the bad business burea. I guess it's true... birds of a feather do flock together!

The following Monday I talked to Grace who was very startled I paid 60 and alarmed that it definitely cost 80 , when I called to confirm all the paperwork before mailing my fingerprints. She made me very nervous that I did some wrong. I explained to Grace that she just explained the exact process that the previous employee did. I asked her to maybe next time not be so alarmist. I don't think she had bad intentions but I do think a refresher on the website , and that a client can click through options with various methods. Website was very easy to use and understand after my first initial call. But Grace made me so nervous that I clicked the wrong thing . If the owner would like more details I'd be happy to provide . I received my receipt and form completed via email 5 days later. I still did not receive my physical forms in the mail, so I called the number provided with the TCN #. I was informed that the background check and fingerprints were mailed to me, BUT THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I looked at the forms I filled out and I did put my correct address. This means that they carelessly sent sensitive information to an incorrect address. That is completely reckless and careless behavior as a company that handles sensitive information.
