The lobby is clean and provides a listing of the business located within. I rang the bell when I approached the door as it was locked. No-one answered. So I waited outside the door about fifteen minutes and then noticed someone walking around inside. I then knocked at the door and a lady opened the door and said we do not open till 8:00 a.m. and the receptionist isn't here yet to assist. She seemed very annoyed. I advised her of the website hours and she replied that is totally incorrect and also that they haven't worked weekends in years. She stated she would let the owner know about it so it can be changed and offered me a seat until the receptionist arrived. (You see I am posting this review on 7/21/19 and the website hours are still not changed). Anyhoo? She offered to take my paperwork and have me fill out a few forms while I was waiting. She then became very personable and offered small talk. I completed my paperwork and continued to wait fifteen minutes more patiently. She made a few phone calls and uncovered the receptionist would be arriving late. She then proceeded to complete my fingerprinting and was very patient. Everything was completed along with receipt within another fifteen minutes and I was on my way. I was offered good customer service overall but the website hours should still be changed, which is the reason for the four stars.

I received my receipt and form completed via email 5 days later. I still did not receive my physical forms in the mail, so I called the number provided with the TCN #. I was informed that the background check and fingerprints were mailed to me, BUT THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I looked at the forms I filled out and I did put my correct address. This means that they carelessly sent sensitive information to an incorrect address. That is completely reckless and careless behavior as a company that handles sensitive information.
