We never received the refund and they used stalled tactics when questioned about the refund. Finally, they stated we were entitled to a full refund, which, of course, was never received. Proceed with extreme caution should you decide to employ this company. Their business practices are shady, at best. Not sure how to provide a 0 stars rating, but if this is possible, that is what they deserve.
