Definitely need improvement in customer service as front desk is the first point of customer contact. I stayed calm as I understand that we are still in a pandemic and everyone is still adjusting to life at home and at the work place. Hopefully the office will include customer friendliness as a training in the future.

They take the time to get to know their patients and work with your budget. They have PS4 and XBox One consoles in the corner as you wait, modern (radio edit/no curse words) music playing and while the staff work on fixing your smile, you can watch Netflix. They are very on point about scheduling, thorough with each visit and let your child know whether they've been following orders well or if they need to do better. First, Dr. Khurana and her team developed and implemented a treatment plan for my 4 year old son who needed extensive dental work. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. She talked us through everything before and after the procedure which took place in a hospital setting under anesthesia, making us feel like our son was extremely well cared for in this unsettling situation. Their hospital coordinator Britnee was also fantastic to work with and helped answer numerous questions we had. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter. They are so incredibly good with kids and skilled at what they do that my daughter actually said getting fillings there was FUN and she didn't experience any pain on either occasion. When I told her she would be all done fillings after the second visit she was DISAPPOINTED. That is not a thing! I really can't say enough good things about this dental practice. The office has a few puzzles and activities in the waiting area to keep kids busy, and the treatment rooms have TVs with children's shows to help distract them during exams. The only downside is that the front desk staff could be a bit more personable, but overall we've had a great experience here.
