All hail Shannon! She is AMAZING!…read more Just bought a new home, needed it deep cleaned before moving in. I called at least 10 other cleaning services before I found Shannon and none of them could come in short notice. Not only was she available when i needed her, she also beat all other estimates I received. The house is immaculate! Absolutely sparkling spotless. Her cleaning style is incredibly strategic and organized. It is apparent that she thoroughly thinks things through before taking action. Her son and her make a great duo and work very productive together. The 4 hours of cleaning they did were more like 6 hours worth of work. Their time efficiency is astonishing. My cat went missing due to the vacuuming and Shannon said, "I am not leaving until we find the cat" and helped me search the entire house after she was done with hours of hard work. Wish I could give her 10 stars. Friendly, thoughtful, thorough, glowing with positivity, Shannon exceeded my expectations to say the very least.

Be careful because some companies are not legal and will charge the same amount. 2. The price was reasonable and their work was above and beyond. 3. They are very detailed and perfectionist when cleaning. They reminded me of what my family used to call spring cleaning. Every area sparkled and they clean areas I would have never thought about. 4. No matter how hard I cleaned my shower door it still had water stains. Thanks to them the door is back to brand new!!! I almost wanted to invest in another shower door because I thought it couldn't get clean. I would suggest all customers to use them. You will be a happy customer!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Fair warning that you will absolutely regret using these guys, and they…read moreshouldn't even be allowed to touch someone's home. We contacted them after seeing an ad on Facebook for a concrete company as we needed to have some new concrete done in our back yard. This was the worst mistake we could have made since now we have a giant mess that we are stuck with trying to fix. First everything seemed fine, they gave us a quote after doing a quick site visit and 2 guys showed up a few days later to start work. We were told the project would take 2-4 days to complete. After the first day, where they dug the pit and put the boards in to form the concrete slab we were told they would be back the next day to pour the concrete. Now, I should have known there was a problem when they came in little cars with almost no tools and resorted to using my wheel barrow and hose without asking permission or even letting me know they were needing it. During this time they also did not haul away the old material (old rock and dirt) but said they would remove it in a couple days. Well it took a week and lots of excuses before they even came back to pour the concrete. When they came, they didn't let us know they were here. The concrete truck showed up and they decided that the best place to pour concrete into the wheelbarrow (MY WHEELBARROW) was right next to my BMW. After a while I noticed they were here and I went to see how things were going. In the front of my property they had managed to spill a large amount of concrete on some rock. This pile was about 20" in diameter, and they clearly spilled it much earlier because it was evident they rolled the wheelbarrow right over it a few times. There was (still is actually) a trail of wet concrete going up the side of my house now. I decided to look at my car and noticed they splattered concrete all over it and it was drying. It took me saying I needed the hose to clean their mess of my car for them to apologize and then try to clean my car. So while one guy is cleaning my car the other guy is watching or doing whatever but not working on my backyard where the concrete is now drying. Eventually they go back to finish the new slab and I periodically check to see the progress. Although it doesn't look great and they've made a giant mess I wait because I don't do concrete and assume they will finish and clean up. Boy was I wrong. Of the three guys working (the owner of this business, his brother, and another gentleman) the last guy decided to leave and not come back. Well apparently he's the guy who finishes the concrete and Pedro (the owner) tells us he can't finish the job. He didn't say "hey this guy left but I'll get someone here as soon as I can." Nope, he just decided to bail and not finish. He offered a full refund which we accepted and told me he would at least clean up his mess including the concrete spill in the front yard and that he would get a truck here to remove all the old material. None of that ever happened. They left and never came back. As you can see from the photos, the concrete looks like s*** and they didn't even put in the relief lines to prevent cracking. They spilled concrete in multiple piles in my backyard which they didn't clean up, they got concrete on my existing patio floor which they didn't clean up and absolutely everything-- including my hose-- was covered in dirt and concrete dust. It took a couple hours just to clean up what I could but I still have concrete everywhere. We will be talking to the contractors board and filing a complaint as well as looking at our legal options to get things cleaned and repaired. Again, these people have no idea what they're doing and shouldn't be anywhere near anyone's home.

My husband and I thought long and hard before posting this review, but we felt obligated to let…read morepeople know. We looked at the reviews that were posted and realized that the company had another account a few years ago where the reviews were not all 5 stars. That account must have been deleted. This company will actually pay you to leave a good review, which I was offered a few years back. In good conscience I would not accept the offer. We manage a small complex in town, and the owners decided to try this company again. So we called and booked them for some repairs in a vacant unit. Now let me say, for the most part the work is ok. However, after replacing a door stop and adjusting the front door, it had an annoying loud squeaking sound. My husband decided to text Rob and ask him just to come back and adjust it so it would not squeak and to also finish a few things we asked them to do that were left undone. This is the reply Rob sent back to my husband. (XXXX, to be quite candid with you. I dont want to go back for that front entry door issue. There is no money in that. No offense. But this is all about money. I took care of most of the items on the list. I will bill what weve done and when you have a task with more meat on the bone i will return,  if you choose to call us. Thank you.) We were both appalled after reading this. First of all it would have taken mere minutes to make the adjustment to a job that was not done properly or the door would not be squeaking. Second they did not finish the job with all the things we asked them to do. So his text doesn't make sense, because actually there was more work to be done. So just beware if you don't have a large amount of work they don't want to come, and they don't want to make it right if there is a problem because "there's no money in it for them" if they have to come back and make it right. Skip over this company and just hire someone who will do the job no matter how small or how large. Word of advice for the company, work is work. Most people want the work, if you actually DO the work then you don't have to offer a payment, gift card or discount to get a 5 star review. Just a thought.... *******UPDATE*********** We received this text from Rob the owner after he saw the review. This is unprofessional and speaks for itself Hey XXXX, thanks for thr great review on Yelp So sad bro. That honesty offends you. When the world is full of lies. But hey listen, bussiness is all about money. One day perhaps you will understand that. I will not be billing the ( okay ) work that we did. Im not hurting for money, the okay work we do elsewhere, has paid the bills until now. I will let the parable unfold. You reap what you sow. Thanks and may you have a great night. I guess this reviewer doesn't have to say anything further. This company obviously speaks for itself. If you're looking for a really good handyman company, send me a message. I found one more than willing to come out AND in the same day to fix Original Crafts mistakes and complete the work they wouldn't.
