I was given a receipt, he asked about my day and then said good bye while also telling me he hoped I would have a great rest of my Saturday. The employee really took his time with me, was patient and very kind when he didn't need to go above like that, I am sure he wanted to get off of work as well. Even so he was very very kind!

I bought a lens that they had to order and the order was lost. I was supposed to receive my lens in two days and it took a week and a half instead. I brought in some VHS tapes for conversion to DVD and was told it would take a month. My tapes were sent to Schiller's in St. Louis without my permission for this service (West Side was backed up), and in total, it took three months. When they tell you they are going to call you when something is ready, they don't. I like supporting local businesses, but when the service is this poor, they really don't have anything to offer over just ordering the products online or waiting to go to Schiller's when I take a trip to St. Louis. Too bad.

I've lived in the same house 18 years, had the same cell phone number and email address longer than that. The charge was already accepted by my credit card. So, why was it canceled? They couldn't tell me & don't care that they are losing a sale. Their presidents office even called me & they are aware of many situations like this happening. However, they don't care and don't plan to do anything about it. Poorly ran company. Sad.

Fed Ex delivery is awful! I take off work and am here to collect my item. The driver didn't even…read morering my doorbell! Just applied the sticker and left!! I call to try to fix the problem and they can't even contact their own pathetic driver. Now I have to drive over an hour round trip to pick it up and they only stay open for two hour periods? Horrible experience!! Ups is way better! Don't use horrible fed ex. They are lousy! *Update* The shipping station that was over an hour away called and talked to me. Apparently the two hour windows that the guy on the phone at the cape store gave me were complete nonsense! They had no idea why he claimed such a thing. The place I had to go was actually open from 9AM till 8PM. The lady at the Seikston location was very polite and helpful and gave me accurate directions on how to get there. I went, they were nice and my package appears to be in good shape. The driver is certainly the issue, as well as the lack of knowledge of the employee I spoke to from Cape. Originally I only gave one star, however I moved it up to two since the hours actually were good, and the lady was polite. I would not recommend FedEx if you want a signature confirmation as the delivery drivers make no to little attempt to actually let their presence be known. If the package is something that can just be left at the door without a signature then they are fine. The employees at the office really need to be taught information about the shipping center so they stop giving out horribly incorrect information such as the weird two hour windows mentioned earlier.
