We both live about an hour away. When we went to the pro shop, the young lady started to check us in and said ok 9 holes with a cart and i said "9? We booked for 18". She looked at the guy that was hanging out behind the counter and he said yeah, you can only play 9. With a bunch of back and forth with this jerk, we ended up leaving. He had the worst attitude I've ever come across in my 25 years of playing. We tried to express that we booked for 18, we drive an hour to get there and his excuse was that a bunch of tee times came in from Golf Now. Bunch of bs but since we were there, we were going to play the nine anyway but he couldn't even tell us what 9 we could play or even when we could tee off. And his attitude got worse after that. I feel sorry for the young lady that has to work with that prick. So we went to Easton Country Club. We'll not EVER go back to OSL.

First let me say that the course is actually a lot of fun...not in the best shape but has the bones…read morefor an good round of golf. HOWEVER, THE STAFF is below-standard. On 3 different holes I was driven into...two time by the group behind us....and once from a t-box in opposite direction. When I say driven into...2 landed within 5 feet of me. So of course I picked up their balls since there wasn't even an attempted fore or sorry. When I discussed with Ranger he said he'd take care of it. BUT here's the rest of the story...he came back 5 minutes later and said I was mistaken that only 2 groups had driven into me. Ok his facts are wrong...and I have the golf balls to prove it. However when I suggested his facts were wrong...he raised his voice and stated: "I know what happened here and you are wrong." And I said no, your facts are wrong. In his huff he departed but told me over my shoulder: "GO F*Ck yourself! I DEMAND MORE FROM A GOLF COURSE....THIS WAS REPHENSIBLE BEHAVIOR.

Went to a wedding there on a Saturday night…read more The wedding scenery and location is awesome. The ceremony location, the cocktail hour and reception are in an awesome spot, The problem is when you get to cocktail hour, the bar area is a mess. I waited 20 minutes for two drinks, the waiter/waitresses have no sense of who is next in line and work only one end of the bar instead of end to end. After receiving my double fisters- meaning I had to order us both two drinks one round because I couldn't bother to wait in line again- we sat out on the patio area. It was nice up until a golf ball smoked the window outside next to us. At that point thank god the reception started it was beautiful. Up until food starting being served. Instead of the staff going around from table to table ordering the food that some requested before bribing it out..., they brought the food out and I hilariously observed the old lady staff yell at the people standing at the bar to sit down. Just so they could figure out what they ordered when they sent in the mail invitation. This place is as gorgeous and can improve for the next wedding!

Played here last night (8/3/21) after work and had a great time. They have a driving range and a…read moreputting green that I didn't get to use. Greens fee was $19.00 and we got off right away (around 5:30PM). Some of the tee boxes were beat up and bare but the fairways, rough and greens were in good condition. Not alot of trees or water but I found it challenging and fun. I'm a high handicapper and was able to get around OK. Lower handicap players will most likely find it too easy or boring. Don't know about the club house as we finished late. I will go back.

The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. The space is well lit and the perfect size for our group. We started the day with passed appetizers and then had a plentiful buffet. If you are selecting appetizers for your function, the stuffed mushrooms and bacon wrapped scallops are a must. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience!

Challenging course. 127 slope from white tees…read more Pace of play was good! Tee boxes and greens are near one another, and the course it flat. Feel free to walk it. The greens are in pretty good shape, though a little bumpy on the back. Overall, I though the turf was in nice shape. There are some interesting tee shots. I found lots of bunkers. Not a great day for yours truly, but it was a beautiful 70 degrees out and I played OK. (shot a 90) I'd go back if I were in the area - it's an hr from my home. I paid the super discounted rate of $24 on golfnow.com and you can too. Just look for hot deals. I wouldn't have minded paying another $15 or so. It's probably worth double what I paid. (or more)

Went here for some lunch before my pedicure at Cristallo Spa. I've been to this restaurant before in the summer, where you can sit out on the deck overlooking the golf course. They had trivia then, too, which was a lot of fun. This time, the porch was closed so we ate inside. It was mostly just golfer dudes, but that's to be expected. Service was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive despite being in charge of the rest of the dining room and bar. I ordered the wagyu beef hot dog with sweet potato fries. I really liked the fries and the hot dog was good, too. Nothing too special, but enjoyable. I tried my mom's margherita pizza, which did not seem like a true margherita, and that was less than spectacular. The cheese was not giving fresh mozzarella and it was lacking the other components of a real margherita pizza. Plus the crust was undesirable. While dining inside was just okay, I would certainly go back for trivia night or anther event outdoors!
