There was no My Pal Violet on the shelf so he checked the computer; it indicated that there was a Violet in stock but only in French. Not giving up, Eric persevered and went to the stock room to check for himself. Lucky for us, there was an English-speaking Violet in stock. When he found out that Violet was to be gifted to a child in the UK, Eric went back to the stock room and found a newer box as the first one was a tiny bit damaged. I'd like to commend Eric for the excellent service I received; please pass along a HUGE thank you to Eric! He will be making a child VERY happy in the UK.
