The problem we have now with Skyline is their terrible follow-up, or lack of, when there was a problem with the electrified dry lot fence. I called three times. My wife twice. I even sent an email explaining the problem. Zero contact. I did note another review that was also a low rating because of Skyline's lack of communication. It is too bad... especially since we referred two neighbors to them in the past two years.....but no more......

We had major problems with Wheaton Worldwide who moved our household into storage at Merchants... They did not stretch wrap our fabric and leather furniture as advertised, and as a result we had a lot of damage to those furnishings. From that point though it was a very good experience with Pam and her staff. Movers and handlers for Merchants were top notch in every aspect. Would definitely use Merchants again, but definitely not Wheaton Worldwide Moving.

The company then refused to inspect my goods for damage or furnish the name of their insurance company. I have pictures and videos including one admission from another of the hired help whereby he admitted that they "messed up." Thankfully, when I came home to see our amazing tile guy installing some hideous piece of leopard print back splash, I whipped out my photo of the mild color stone actually purchased. Did he have to tear it out? Yes. Did it cost us, again? Yes. However, Alpine Granite still gets five stars for graciously acknowledging the mistake, and taking immediate steps to correct the issue. Haley and Flora were wonderful to work with and insisted on a second measurement to ensure accuracy. Josh also gets five gold stars for his meticulous install, professionalism and gracious attitude.
