Thanks to Alpine Granite Accents, I love my kitchen again! 10/5 stars! Pricing was great and competitive with other local businesses in Missoula and Polson areas. Unlike other local businesses, Alpine Granite Accents offers removal and disposal of previous countertops, which makes it worry-free for remodel. Due to unexpected surgery, we had to reschedule. Alpine Granite Accents was very accommodating of our schedule. The final installation of our countertops was excellent and beyond our expectation. Craftmanship is exquisite with attention to the details. From start to finish, Flora and all we met from Alpine Granite Accents were friendly, professional and genuinely positive. They worked hard to help us fall in love with our countertops. They succeeded, we love our kitchen again!! If you are deciding where to get your countertops, call Alpine Granite Accents. You will be happy you did. read more

I see "wrong granite" or "wrong stone" is a repeat theme. Yes, we went through that too. Thankfully, when I came home to see our amazing tile guy installing some hideous piece of leopard print back splash, I whipped out my photo of the mild color stone actually purchased. Did he have to tear it out? Yes. Did it cost us, again? Yes. However, Alpine Granite still gets five stars for graciously acknowledging the mistake, and taking immediate steps to correct the issue. Haley and Flora were wonderful to work with and insisted on a second measurement to ensure accuracy. Josh also gets five gold stars for his meticulous install, professionalism and gracious attitude. read more

Ordered and paid for counter tops, I was told 4 to 6 weeks. It is now going on 16 weeks. One excuse after another. Still can't get an install date. Very poor customer service. read more

We chose Alpine Granite for our natural stone kitchen counter and install. They met and exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. Loved working with Alpine Granite! Flora and Hayley were both attentive to our needs in the selection of product and the timing of install . Their attention to detail and fine craftsmanship resulted in the installation of our quartzite countertops being spot on. Flora was gracious with her time and worked closely with us to ensure we were confident in our choice and that each step of the process met and exceeded our expectations. In addition, Flora was able to order our bathroom flooring from Arizona Tile at a competitive price and quick delivery time We would highly recommend Alpine Granite for your natural stone and even flooring needs! read more

Alpine coordinated all my 4 stone tops in my home. Flora (Owner) and Staff provided good guidance on selection and design input. Overall, install went well. A glitch came as a result of an incorrect cabinetry fabrication for my appliances - specifically a chef's 48" dual fuel range. Unfortunately, and to NO fault on Alpine's part, their template followed the cabinet glitch. Alpine was VERY courteous to make stone corrections to accommodate the range. They certainly could have walked away as it wasn't their error. For their extra efforts - I sincerely thank them!! read more

Alpine Granite did an incredible job on our quartz countertop. Their attention to detail is unmatched. We had a company in Missoula install similar quartz countertops in our previous home in Missoula and the quality and craftsmanship was not even close. I could not be happie with our new countertop. read more

The communication with this business was terrible. They tell you they will be in contact in a timely manner but it doesn't happen, the owner, in sales, sweet talks her way through issues with little true regard for the customer's satisfaction. I was terribly disappointed with my choice of business to complete this remodel. They misread their notes and transposed 2 counter granites, when I complained I was told "with all that was going on in the world, this shouldn't be that big of an issue" ??!! Because it wasn't their $10k and their time and effort to be ready for installation! To give kudos where it is due, The counter tops are beautiful and the installer did a nice job. read more

Alpine has now completed the granite in our new home. We have used Alpine in two different homes now; very pleased. Every aspect - design, initial granite selection, layout, and installation is very professional and the results are high quality and beautiful. We had granite installed in kitchen, laundry and four baths. I highly recommend and it was a pleasure to work with Flora, owner. read more

Alpine has a great selection of granite slabs and remnants. The owner Flora was overly helpful in picking out the granite that matched our home and she had some great input for our custom designed kitchen and bathrooms. Alpine came to the house and completed the templates, then completed the installation earlier than scheduled. The whole staff was professional, trustworthy, and customer service oriented. The price was very fair and we are very happy with our new granite counter tops! I highly recommend Alpine Granite. read more

Previous review is total BS. This business is in Bitterroot Valley in Montana....NOT Long Beach, CA. SERIOUSLY doubt the installers drove all the way to Southern California....REALLY?? This unhappy review went unfairly to the wrong business. I have huge countertop being installed and Alpine has gone above and beyond. 5 STARS read more

This place was one of the worst experiences we have ever had in the the 20 years we have lived in the bitterroot valley. We contracted the job in January 2015, they said it would be the end of March, which we agreed to. They did not even do the template until April and only after we called them six times, they said that they were waiting for larger job to be ready, even though they state in their commercial that they treat small jobs the same as large jobs and we had been ready since January. Finally, they came to do the job in the middle of May, and put in the wrong granite and cut through our wall and cabinet. When confronted with their mistake, they tried to tell us that we had been undecided , when even the workers knew it was the wrong granite and they told them to put in the wrong one in anyway. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to fix it, and as of July 1st we still cannot finish our bathroom, because we still have the wrong granite. read more

Over the years we have done many construction projects in various homes we have owned. Working with Alpine Granite was such a pleasure - from start to finish this company did an outstanding job both removing our old countertops and installing granite. I was especially nervous to have it done while we were out of town, but it was like magic returning to see what was truly a work of art. The installation is flawless - you have to look really hard to find the seams which is unlike any other granite install we have done. They did our very large kitchen as well as two bathrooms and all of it was perfect. I would recommend Alpine Granite without hesitation! read more
