I see "wrong granite" or "wrong stone" is a repeat theme. Yes, we went through that too. Thankfully, when I came home to see our amazing tile guy installing some hideous piece of leopard print back splash, I whipped out my photo of the mild color stone actually purchased. Did he have to tear it out? Yes. Did it cost us, again? Yes. However, Alpine Granite still gets five stars for graciously acknowledging the mistake, and taking immediate steps to correct the issue. Haley and Flora were wonderful to work with and insisted on a second measurement to ensure accuracy. Ordered and paid for counter tops, I was told 4 to 6 weeks. It is now going on 16 weeks. One excuse after another. Still can't get an install date. Very poor customer service. read more

Alpine coordinated all my 4 stone tops in my home. Flora (Owner) and Staff provided good guidance on selection and design input. Overall, install went well. A glitch came as a result of an incorrect cabinetry fabrication for my appliances - specifically a chef's 48" dual fuel range. Unfortunately, and to NO fault on Alpine's part, their template followed the cabinet glitch. Alpine was VERY courteous to make stone corrections to accommodate the range. They certainly could have walked away as it wasn't their error. For their extra efforts - I sincerely thank them!! read more

The communication with this business was terrible. They tell you they will be in contact in a timely manner but it doesn't happen, the owner, in sales, sweet talks her way through issues with little true regard for the customer's satisfaction. I was terribly disappointed with my choice of business to complete this remodel. They misread their notes and transposed 2 counter granites, when I complained I was told "with all that was going on in the world, this shouldn't be that big of an issue" ??!! Because it wasn't their $10k and their time and effort to be ready for installation! To give kudos where it is due, The counter tops are beautiful and the installer did a nice job. read more

The owner Flora was overly helpful in picking out the granite that matched our home and she had some great input for our custom designed kitchen and bathrooms. Alpine came to the house and completed the templates, then completed the installation earlier than scheduled. The whole staff was professional, trustworthy, and customer service oriented. Over the years we have done many construction projects in various homes we have owned. Working with Alpine Granite was such a pleasure - from start to finish this company did an outstanding job both removing our old countertops and installing granite. I was especially nervous to have it done while we were out of town, but it was like magic returning to see what was truly a work of art. The installation is flawless - you have to look really hard to find the seams which is unlike any other granite install we have done. They did our very large kitchen as well as two bathrooms and all of it was perfect. I would recommend Alpine Granite without hesitation! read more

This place was one of the worst experiences we have ever had in the the 20 years we have lived in the bitterroot valley. We contracted the job in January 2015, they said it would be the end of March, which we agreed to. They did not even do the template until April and only after we called them six times, they said that they were waiting for larger job to be ready, even though they state in their commercial that they treat small jobs the same as large jobs and we had been ready since January. Finally, they came to do the job in the middle of May, and put in the wrong granite and cut through our wall and cabinet. When confronted with their mistake, they tried to tell us that we had been undecided , when even the workers knew it was the wrong granite and they told them to put in the wrong one in anyway. They said it would take 2-4 weeks to fix it, and as of July 1st we still cannot finish our bathroom, because we still have the wrong granite. read more
