They're quick, clean, dependable, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. When you're working on a property like ours, you want people who show up, get the job done right, and leave the site looking like they were never there. That's exactly what we've experienced every time. At this point, there's honestly not another roofer I would consider using for the ranch. Highly recommend them.

Last year our 30 year old metal roof started to fail. Problems started with skylights leaking…read more Other areas started to rust. It seemed like we were constantly repairing. Time was now to replace. We received bids from various roofers. For various reasons they were problematic. Some were way too expensive. Some just were not trustworthy. Some used out of town laborers. Then I met Mervin Beiler after being referred by a contractor friend who had referred others to him. As soon as you meet him you know that he is solid. On time. Clean cut. Clear communicator. Professionally dressed. Thorough with his review of the job site, the estimate, and in answering questions. I learned that he leads a team of three craftsmen who live in the Bitterroot. They are fully licensed and insured. Just what we wanted. On top of that, he was willing to work with me on the bid, suggesting options that saved on our spend. Mervin and the guys spent a few weeks at our home. We got to know them well. They started early each day, using equipment that felt very cutting edge in terms of quality and safety. Our roof line is somewhat complicated, but they executed their job with precision. They were always respectful of my family, stopping what they were doing, without complaint, if we had questions. At the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned the job site, including using a large magnet on wheels to minimize the possibility that a screw or piece of steel had escaped the eye in our yard. Beiler Roofing removed our old roof, replaced 6 skylights with custom work, installed new metal roofing, and installed snow breaks. Everything looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier. To work with great guys was the icing on the cake. We couldn't recommend Mervin and his team at Beiler Roofing more.

You get what you pay for. Looks nice on the outside but as we watched the construction every day…read morewe pointed out issues that they ignored until further into the build so previous work had to be redone. Windows were cheap, you can hear wind howling through. Load bearing porch beam was only sitting on 1/4 of its pier on one end of porch, the other end was supported only by the sheeting from the garage. Since my husband is in construction, we added additional supports after workers left. There are no braces in the floor so the floor bounces as you walk on it, but we'll go down into the crawlspace and add the 2' braces. Roof trusses had up to 1 1/2" gaps with the room framing which left the ceiling with a crack. Communication was so-so and there was no supervisor inspecting anything except a couple times during the build. You would think that since they knew my husband would be living on site, they'd take care to do things right the first. Fortunately we took pictures during each stage to document issues. I feel sorry for the buyers who don't get to see the bones of their house. Really sorry we used this builder. We've now lived in the home for a year. At least it's insulated well.
