All of which would promise that the property was going to get taken care of, but those were empty promises. We still had the same horrible neighbors (with lots of cars, trash, and noise), and no resolve. The new management is actually acting on what they told us they were going to be doing. Our horrible neighbors are gone, all of the roofs have been replaced, and the unit below us has been remodeled beautifully. Our new neighbor is quiet, respectful, and we are happy. I can't thank our new manager, Joni, enough for what they have done!

I would highly recommend Valley Pointe Apartments if you are looking for something quiet, serene, tons of space, and good management. It's a little further away from all the shops in McMinnville, but thats what I loved most about these apartments. It's kept away. The property was always well maintained and never had any issues with parking. I lived in a 2 bed 1 bath. The bathroom was huge, living room very good size as well as kitchen and master bedroom. Second bedroom was a little small with very little closet space. That was my only complaint, but since we didn't have anyone actually utilizing that room to sleep or store clothes in, it actually wasn't that big of a deal for us (personally). There is washer and dryer hook ups in the unit. Oh and the entry way is open so you don't feel closed in once you enter the unit. The whole process of moving in went very smoothly. From the moment of my initial inquiry to accommodating me since I came from a different state to signing the lease agreement. On move-in day, I was greeted with a "welcome home" box that contained dish soap, a towel rag, a note, and a few other items that I can't remember. A small gesture, but greatly appreciated and sure made me feel at home. Management lives is on the premises and they are very efficient. I never had any issues with getting a hold of anyone or them not responding to any maintenance issues in a timely manner. I definitely miss the beautiful scenery and the conveniency of having a park right near by. I cherish every memory made and will always look at Valley Pointe as a place I once considered HOME.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and Fawn is always kind. Robin is great at communicating and makes me feel like this is my home and not just a in between place. I would highly recommend this place to others!

My experience is a bad one. Currently sitting on 72 hour notice of non payment they keep returning…read moremy check. We had an agreement signed by both parties for 18 months at one rate ( what I paid). And they refuse to honor it. And want month to month at a higher rate. They have also charged late fees and this will head to court. My experience here is interesting I lived here since 2004 and the last year it has been anything but fun. Discrimination.. applying rules to some not others and if you stand up. They do things like this. The property management C&R.. yelp 1.5.. rating. Deserves less in my opinion. Stay away from here or any C&R location would be wise.

Michelle's hours are 10-4 and she is never there, trying to get ahold of her is impossible. The apartment smelled like cat urine and old mexican food. At the end of our stay we were over charged and Bright Apartments (the owners) would not negotiate. I am very disappointed in the complex and in the people running the business. There are much better places. I wish I could give a negative rating.
