I was on the way out of town, to take my 6 year old skiing. We stopped and then I noticed my light on, and I was losing air quickly from one tire. I limped my truck across the street to Town Fair, and they immediately started helping me out. A box cutter blade had wrecked the tire and it was irreparable. They threw my spare on, and I was out of there in less than an hour, saving the day for my son. The whole time, they were super helpful and I really appreciated it. I decided to buy 4 new tires, because I did love my tires, and I didn't want a mismatched set. Within a couple days, I called and asked if they had what I wanted, and they did, and I paid a fair price, and got them mounted up, and it was done without hassle. 2-3 weeks later, I ended up with a pair of tiny scissors in my new tire. No idea how that happened. I noticed the air going down again (COME ON!), and rolled into Town Fair, called my wife to pick me up and left the truck there. The next morning was Monday, and I got dropped off, and they remembered me and the truck. I went ahead and bought the damage protection on the tire I had just wrecked, which they replaced for me, charging only for labor. The tire wasn't in stock, but they had one within the day, and I'm back rolling again. I've had 3 great experiences, and really appreciate the work they did and the fast service. Stay very far away from this business. We made an appointment three weeks out to replace the tires on my wife's vehicle. We settled on a set of 4 brand-new Continental Extreme Contact dws06+ Size 245/45r19y with the full balancing and Alignment package. We dropped the car off at 10a 11/25 and by 11.10a we received a phone call that the vehicle was ready for pickup, I remember thinking that was incredible fast for a dismount, alignment, balance, and remount, drive around to the front and make the call to us. Especially considering how busy the store was when we got there for our appointment. Drove my wife back to the store and completed Payment and return of car keys. My wife had an errand to run in Concord NH and took the car. After reaching Concord, she called me and stated that the car was behaving strangely and was all over the road. I stated it may be the wind and I would test drive her car upon return home. She completed her day and came home stating that the issue was still there. I Test drove the car and was able to duplicate the issue immediately. The vehicle was terrible on the road, wandered severely off course and had a terrible shake over 45 MPH. I checked the tires and pressure and was shocked to find the following readings. Driver front 54 PSI Driver Rear 61 PSI Passenger front 39 PSI Passenger Rear 42 PSI I also found all previous tire weights removed, and no new ones were added. Also doubt the alignment was completed considering the severe pull to the left. The car was returned to town fair on 11/26, and they deflated the tires but didn't have enough time to look at the balance and Alignment. They asked us to return on 11/27 at 8am for the alignment and balance. On 11/27 my spouse took the vehicle in for the services, the service guy stated that she was 15 minutes late and that they had no time to complete the services now!!!!, mumbling under his breath to another employee that a phone call would have been nice. WE have now been to the shop 3 times for a simple tire transaction, and they have the gal to complain? My spouse asked to have the car repaired there and then, and again she stated the installation issue and that we were already inconvenienced and put in a dangerous situation, the service guy said come back after 1pm and we MAY be able to get to you. When pushed further and asking for a manager or corporate contact, the service person stated, I don't care if you call corporate. If I could do negative 5 I would. I've had my tires replaced 3 times in a span of 2 years. Every time I would go back it was because a tire was coming off my rim. All times I've had the pleasure of having this happen I was on the highway. The first time, I pulled off the shoulder seconds before my tire rolled off my car into the middle of the highway. The second time, mind you, 7 months later... my car started shaking on the highway and I knew to pull over. This time I got to see the wear on just my front tires, especially the one that was now loose and off the rim. Again, if I had kept driving along, my tire would have flown off my car on the highway.. They wanted me to replace all 4 tires anyway since winter was coming but when I asked if the tire coming off could have been an issue for it being improperly installed they immediately shut it down and tried to say there was an air bubble in the tire that can only form from me hitting a speed bump... this is not true, improper installation/alignment was confirmed to me later by a third party. Now, getting the 4 tires was my breaking point with town fair and I did not want them to service my vehicle anymore. Fast forward, less than a year after they put all four tires on and I'm dealing with the same issue. Driving down the highway and my car starts shaking, I pull over. Same issue. 3x driving down the highway... so, I had my spare but on and this time, I brought it somewhere else to have them take a look. I didn't give them background on the situation but they said from looking at the other 3 tires, they could see with the tread patterns that this was due to poor installation/improper alignment. When they saw the tire that was damaged in my trunk from putting the spare on, they confirmed that this wasn't an issue of me hitting something, the tires were not installed properly. Unfortunately, they third party didn't have the tire I needed so I was able to go in and tell town fair I just wanted to purchase a tire as a "spare", same one. I did not bother to tell them that I am riding on a donut because I did not want them to touch my vehicle. I highly recommend going anywhere else. The person who came to put my spare on the other day had told me he used to work for town fair and said they run a shady business. Don't fall for their "free alignment" it's free because the alignment will not be done properly. I was also told by that person that town fair hires technicians that aren't even certified, their words, not mine. Oh, and not for nothing, I did get a quote on 4 new tires with a proper alignment as well as suspension check which would be over $200 cheaper than town fair putting all 4 tires on with their "free" alignment. Save not only your money, but your life.. they make think I'm not serious about that but just think, if I didn't pull over in time and my tire flew off my car, I could be dead. So thanks for absolutely nothing town fair, especially the way you tried to talk to me like I'm stupid when I questioned your alignment. Just again, got confirmation from third party that it was in fact, 100% an alignment issue. read more

No IT support as they went home at 4pm. Worst IT set up and no support for employees. They can't even clock out, finish cars and no one knows what to do. Such a joke IT department. This would be the 4th vehicle I've had to Town Fair and will absolutely be the last. They just lost a life long customer. Set an appointment a week out, I was on the phone with the Salem NH store manager and discussed the tire/wheel package that I searched for on their website. I wanted the BFG KO2 tires, with the white lettering facing out. I like that look. I was told that the KO2' s don't come with white lettering, but the KO3's do. It was a $520.00 difference in price. Told him ok, I was good with it to get the right tires and the look that I wanted on my truck. Dropped the truck off Sunday night as they said they would need it "all day" on Monday to install the new tires and wheels. Called the store around 2:30 on Monday to get a status so I could let my ride know when I needed to go get the truck and was told it wasn't in the shop yet and they would get to it as soon as they can by the end of their work day which was around 7:00 pm. Not happy with that, but whatever. Finally got a call around 7:30 Monday night that the truck was ready. Picked up the truck, no white lettering. Checked the inside of the tires to see if they were mounted wrong, nothing. Called them back the next morning and finally got the store manager on the phone, who did apologize and remembered the conversation we had about the lettering and said that the size I selected in the KO3 doesn't come with the white lettering and he'll have to research what bigger size tire actually has it. Asked him why we can't work out a refund for the upcharge and he came up with some crap that he couldn't do the full upcharge amount, only a couple hundred bucks...maybe. I've now been waiting 4 days for him to get back to me with resolution, have called 3 times and got disconnected, the 4th time finally talked to someone in the store that took a message to give to the manager to call me back and still no call back. Just got taken for $500.00 and didn't get the product that I paid for. Never again. Worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. I'm hoping corporate will answer my email for resolution but I'm not holding my breath. read more

I felt I had to give this review because I was totally impressed by the service i received, I had a few issues with my truck and the tires I should put on it, Luiz went over and above to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. As a forty year business owner, these are the type of people I would want representing me and my business! Another name I remember was Sam and also the lead tech worked on my truck and was excellent in his handling of my vehicle and customer service. Yesterday I went to Town Fair Tire to have 5 new tires installed on my Jeep Wrangler. I had called a few days before and ordered new 35" tires and was assured by their call center agent that they would fit my stock jeep wheels. Upon arrival it was determined that they wouldn't fit. The person I was directly dealing with, Aaron, at the Londonderry location proceeded to go completely out of his way to provide the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had. He came up with a solution, which was to heavily discount new wheels and also later on provide a four wheel alignment. He did this because, as he said, "we made s promise that we couldn't keep over the phone." He also found me a $100.00 rebate which made the extra financial cost a little easier, on top of all the discounts he provided. He also had a gentleman named Garrett work on the solution as well. Between the two of them, this problem went from quite the annoyance to being solved with an incredible outcome. I am giving a 5 star rating because of how well everyone at this Town Fair Tire location handled this problem and worked together to make my experience a positive one. Yeah, they may have taken a financial hit or at the very least broke even with all the discounts, but they did not want a unhappy customer. They just as easily could have told me to go pound sand, but instead they have earned my future business without any hesitation! My Jeep now looks amazing! The girl told me they could install them, no problem, even gave me a price per tire. However, I drove it in today and the clerk tells me they "WILL NOT INSTALL TIRES FROM ANOTHER COMPANY". But then why did someone tell me they could do it over the phone? I asked the clerk if there was company who 'actually wanted my business' and he told me to try V.I.P Tire. Brought my truck here to have tires replaced on it. Tire pressure monitoring system was fine. They turn my truck on for about 10 minutes and shut it off while I was waiting. Assuming they were resetting the TPMS learning mode because it wouldn't reset. They then brought my truck out to me, I got in my truck and I leave 20 minutes later my TPMS light is on and flashing and then solid. They fried the sensors and the computer cost more to replace these components than the tires themselves. All of my tires were a different pressure is between 29 and 43. Absolutely friggin garbage. read more

Bought 4 new tires that came with free tire rotation for the life of the tires. I've probably had them rotated 3 times so far. I called, made an appointment, no problem. I go online to try to schedule an appointment today and it will only let me make appointments for MA, CT or RI locations. No NH locations. So I call, after 10 minutes or so on hold a girl answers and I explained that I needed to make a appointment to have my tires rotated. She tells me they aren't taking appointments because "They have a lot of customers and they're way to busy". I explained that the whole reason for appointments are so that people with jobs can plan their days. That way they can show up and expect to be on their way within a reasonable amount of time. She responds "We have a lot of customers and we're very busy". I remind her that I'm actually one of those customers. I ask her what I should do and she tells me I have to just keep showing up there unannounced and wait until they can fit me in. No guarantee they can even get to me day I show up or how long I'll wait if they can. They just decided to stop booking people and that a free for all, first come first served is the way to go. I find this totally unacceptable and a real slap in the face to a loyal customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They're nice to you when they want you to buy tires from them but totally abandon you after they get your money. read more

Londonderry NH location. I set up appointment online to buy 4 NEW tires. I arrived and they took my keys and had me wait in waiting area. Instead I looked around the shop at all the NEW tires and notice 4 of the same ones I ordered in the same size that looked brown and used. I went over to the guy at the counter and asked if I could see the tires that they were planning on mounting to my truck. Sure enough my suspicion's were correct, he said "well ahhh sure right back here" brought me to the brown tires. I said they look used and he said well we were going to tell you and give a discount. Remember, they had already taken my keys and sent me to wait. When were they planning on letting me know? after mounting? BS! I said hell no I don't want them. I want new. Then he said they didn't have any new ones. I believe they were going to mount them and assume I would not notice. I will NEVER go back to this place and will tell everyone about my experience. It's fraud! Got my tires at a more professional place SULLIVAN TIRE and paid same price for NEW tires. Also, What do these places do with the tires that come back from the 30 day ride guarantee??? My experience with this shop was a wild, but worthwhile ride! I got a flat tire and stopped by to get it repaired. I was told that all that needed to be fixed was a stem valve and that they couldn't find a leak. I got a new stem valve and went on my way. The tire looked fine and the low tire pressure light had turned off. The next morning, my tire was flat again. I called them and explained my situation that I am now missing a day of work due to having to fix an issue that should've been solve the day before, especially when I paid for a repair. The manager Jared was very concerned and told me to come in right away. I ended up leaving work and rushing over. They took me in immediately and got to work finding where the leak was coming from. Within 20 minutes, they were able to find a super small pin hole sized leak, but it was on the far side of the tire where it would be extremely difficult to fix. I opted to buy a new set of tires because my current ones only had a little life left in them. They were super accommodating due to my time constraints where I needed to go back to work asap. They put new tires on, balanced them, and aligned them in under 35 minutes! I was extremely impressed and I was able to get back to work quickly. These guys really care about their customer service and it shows. They made it up to me and I will be returning to this location going forward due to the outstanding customer service I received from Jared and Garret. read more

I called, spoke to Garrett in Londonderry, selected a tire, by the way it was a truck tire advertised on the website. He quoted me a price but said they were out of stock and he would have to order the tires. No problem. I wasn't in a hurry so I made an appointment. When I came in for my appointment the following week Garrett tried to sell me a much more expensive tire. He confirmed my appointment but had no recollection of the specific tire he was supposed to order. Clearly, either a bait and switch or he's an idiot. No response when I decided to leave without making a purchase certainly confirmed my suspicion the bait and switch was intentional. Had tires installed months ago and set up an appointment for a week out, and dropped off my vehicle that morning to have new tires installed said that they would be done. That afternoon never got a call from them that the tires not showing up till late that evening and when done. Then a few months later I had to have my tires rebalanced and rotated due to a vibration and pay for all four to be done. Today flat tire this morning called when they opened to check if I had road hazard on them and response was no but for 18 to 20 I could however was never asked about road hazard when purchasing and due to that I was ineligible to have it. Then when I told them that my vehicle needed a new tire that it might not be available to find today. They seemed to not care that I had an issue and it's my fault. Went in for new tires, and came out with a shaking car. Couldn't do 50 without feeling like I was riding a horse! And I drove the same road everyday with a smooth ride, up until I got my tires changed. I had to drive my mother to work the day after and my car was violently shaking at 60 to where I pulled over twice to make sure I wasn't going to lose a tire. I was so pissed, I literally lost it. I called and complained and they offered me new rims and newer tires because I was so pissed. I went to get it fixed, and nothing changed. I went and had my friend look at it because I was so angry and he said that my car wasn't even balanced and the rim is an aftermarket rim that was "decent enough" for my car. He balanced and the ride is smoother, but something is still up and he can't figure it out. So I wouldn't even go to town fair tire unless you want them to blame your hub caps for the shake. read more

I bought all 4 tires from the Londonderry location. I went in to get my tires rotated and they found a nail in one of the tires. They stated that it was on the shoulder of the tire so they had to order me a tire as they did not have one in stock because it was not repairable. I picked up my car with the donut on and saw the tire with the nail in it. It was not on the shoulder; it was inside the tire tread. I called and spoke to an "acting manager" and he stated the technician stated that it was on the curvature of the 'inside' of the tire and a repair would not take as they use a patch & plug. I told him I had it repaired and it took and the mechanic guaranteed it. Of course, he said they probably did a 'dummy' plug and I told him this mechanic was highly reputable (5 star). I feel like they were selling a tire and due to me being a girl try to take advantage of that. I do not feel comfortable ever going back there! read more
