Reached out for a quote and didn't get a response back until 6 days later saying "unable to…read moreservice". Why even bother at that point? Also, I was just asking for a quote. Unable to service the quote? I ended up going with a different company and was 100% satisfied with the service. Edit: In response to the response for this review, I recommend you reach out to Yelp and have them remove you from weekend services as I did not view your page to see whether or not you were open on the weekends. I requested a quote via Yelp and Yelp sent the quote request to a list of available companies at the time. If your company is not available for services on the weekends, then you should let Yelp know to prevent this from happening in the future.

They do shit like this all the time. I don't know how the driver who seemed like a nice guy can live with himself. $550 for a tow. Unbelievable. What a con job.

Wish I would've called here first because guess who showed up... Ironman! Okay, not really, but Imad from 5 STAR TOWING might as well be. They answered right away, communicated while I waited, came earlier than expected, and cost less than everyone else I talked to! What else can you ask? They even offer a discount if you're one of those rare people with those flat green things called dollars. Best part is that it's a FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS with several other trucks. If they're too busy, they'll call in reinforcements and quickly send someone else you can trust. Make one call, and not fifteen like I had to. Wish I would have just called 5 Star first. Now, you can. It's like having a friend in the business... that, hopefully, you never have to call. Ha! Hope your repair is cheap and fast, too. Hang in there!

The guy at the window was so rude and continuously arguing with me that the address I was giving him was incorrect.. lmao. It wasn't, but I guess that's what the lack of a pursuit of education looks like. He also doesn't know his numbers. When the vehicle arrived I was getting yelled at because the tow man called me "6 or 7 times with no response"... because he was calling the wrong number, because the guy at the window apparently can't differentiate 2 and 7. The guy with the vehicle proceeded to rip chains off the car and in doing so messed the bottom of the car up pretty bad. I'll need to call the manager this week for that. He kept glaring at me and mumbling words under his breath. Maybe he's coming down off of a meth bender? I hope y'all are testing your employees because I know what meth looks like and he looked very methy. Despite everything I still said thank you and I hope you have a nice day and he just kept walking forward without acknowledging me. I understand this can be a frustrating job, but don't take your anger out on people just trying to get their property back. I would seriously advise you start drug testing your employees as it's very obvious they are under the influence of heavy stuff.
