Throughout the planning process we worked with Michele who was extremely accommodating as due to COVID, our plans changed multiple times throughout. As we neared the day of the event, Michele had the foresight to check the weather and suggest a heater, as the evening temperatures would be getting chilly. The day before the wedding, employees of Eastern Shore were onsite early and setting up. All were very polite, accommodating and professional. Everything we ordered was present, all plates, etc. placed in the kitchen facilities, linens pressed and covered on hangers and tables arranged according to the predesigned set up. Adam and Michele take great pride in their business and are extremely attentive. Do check if Jonathan Mason is the sub contractor providing the bathroom trailer. The trailer was not in working order, and while Michele and Adam's responses were immediate and professional, that of the subcontractors were definitely not. We would highly recommend Eastern Shore Tents and Events for all of your planning needs.

However, I was informed that my husband signed a new contract, that I did not see, in which the photo-booth was in fact supposed to be shut down for an hour. This is clearly a mistake on our end and not a mistake on the vendor. They were very professional about informing me about my mistake. I previously wrote a bad review for them on yelp, not knowing that a new contract was signed with new time changes. I really appreciate a company that can be professional even through misunderstandings. I feel horrible about the mistake on my end, and they made sure to stay professional yet straightforward about my mistake. I really appreciate a company that can do that. I highly recommend this vendor if you are looking for a photo booth service for an event. They are quick in responding to any concerns or questions you have about their services. I also received the digital versions of the photos via an online gallery through my email. They are reliable in regards to any communication needs. Their booths are clean and look brand new as I mentioned before. So if you are having a wedding, you can be certain that you will have new equipment in your venue. Their machines are very clean cut and classy so no need to be concerned about how they will look in your wedding space.

Don was awesome to work with. Every time I called, he would always answer, and he was always very…read moreprofessional and patient. No question was ever too little, and he gave his honest opinions. Even though he is headquartered in Delaware, he has teams all over, so I was able to use his services even in Culpeper, VA. His team showed up to our wedding on time, and the photobooth was a hit with all of our guests. Everyone enjoyed it, and I especially loved having a guestbook with our guests' photos and comments and the unlimited printing. My only critique is that I had some issues with receiving my USB drive (with all the images taken), and so I worked with Don to get that straightened out. He eventually just uploaded to Dropbox so I could download the images. There was also some discrepancy as some of the images that showed up on the photo strips were missing from the individual images he sent over, but after some investigation, later told me that the photos that were missing should have been deleted in the first place (e.g. guests asking for a do-over, bad lighting, or test shots). I just wish that would have been taken care of in the first place by the team so I didn't have to work through all of that after my wedding. Some of my guests also informed me that even though they entered in their e-mail address, they never received a digital copy of their photos from the photobooth. Overall, I think those were minor things, and Don helped me work through the issues very professionally. I would definitely recommend a photobooth and working with Don.

Breakfast in the Manor House was outstanding with fresh eggs from their own chickens, and the daily afternoon tea became one of our favorite parts of the day. We met other guests, enjoyed fresh pastries, and had great conversations with the owners, Dave and Hilari. They are warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about both hospitality and preserving the history of this place. Talking with them about Brampton's story and their vision was a highlight of our stay. Definitely try their Steampot dinner! It's loaded with fresh local seafood and felt like a true taste of the Eastern Shore. The property itself is beautiful to walk with gardens, meadows, and wildlife everywhere. We were trying to solidify the plan in April/May for a mid-October elopement along with a several night stay in one of the cottages. What we received was lazy communication and terrible customer service. Nina is the employee to steer clear of. She alibied her piss poor responsiveness by saying the Eastern Shore culture just moved at a very slow pace. It took three attempts to receive an error-free contract. We had questions about the photographer that went unanswered for weeks. After nearly a month of trying to lock in our dates and address some of the finer details we received an email from Nina suggesting that we seek out another photographer or another venue altogether if they weren't moving fast enough for us. We did just that, refusing to beg anyone to take our money. Then today, three months later, we received an email from Nina asking us if we'd like to proceed. I responded to her email telling her we made other arrangements and that I'd be leaving feedback online about our experience with her. Attention David and Hillary Rinehart (owners), Nina is poorly representing your establishment and costing you money and your reputation.
