Don was awesome to work with. Every time I called, he would always answer, and he was always very professional and patient. No question was ever too little, and he gave his honest opinions. Even though he is headquartered in Delaware, he has teams all over, so I was able to use his services even in Culpeper, VA. His team showed up to our wedding on time, and the photobooth was a hit with all of our guests. Everyone enjoyed it, and I especially loved having a guestbook with our guests' photos and comments and the unlimited printing. My only critique is that I had some issues with receiving my USB drive (with all the images taken), and so I worked with Don to get that straightened out. He eventually just uploaded to Dropbox so I could download the images. There was also some discrepancy as some of the images that showed up on the photo strips were missing from the individual images he sent over, but after some investigation, later told me that the photos that were missing should have been deleted in the first place (e.g. guests asking for a do-over, bad lighting, or test shots). I just wish that would have been taken care of in the first place by the team so I didn't have to work through all of that after my wedding. Some of my guests also informed me that even though they entered in their e-mail address, they never received a digital copy of their photos from the photobooth.
