I purchased an Easter Bunny Photoshoot under the impression that it was the only photo event taking…read moreplace at the location we had previously visited. However, a few days after signing the contract, I discovered that the location was holding a separate event. When I realized my mistake and wanted to cancel, I was informed that I would lose a non-refundable deposit of $75. Despite this setback, I decided to proceed with the appointment and remained flexible when the photographer needed to reschedule due to weather conditions. I also accommodated a change in our time slot on the rescheduled day. After the shoot, the photographer sent me an album of the photos. Unfortunately, I found the album difficult to access and use. Although I remember selecting a few pictures, I completely forgot about selecting more photos until we began planning this year's Easter Bunny Pictures. It was then that I realized I never received last year's photos. Upon reaching out to the photographer, I was informed that all photos are deleted after six months. I was further told that since I hadn't chosen any photos, none were delivered and subsequently deleted. It is disheartening to have paid $175 and received nothing, not even a single photo. The photographer claims to have reached out, possibly through Facebook, but I do not use thier messaging platform to communicate often, I only discovered this one follow up message now. I will never understand how someone can accept $175, deliver nothing, delete the photos they took and think that is an acceptable way to handle this type of situation. The deleted pictures were from my daughters frist Easter, and now they are gone.

My wife is over 50, she felt she looked too old and was a little reluctant to do this. She did not want to be embarrassed if the photos were not good. We decided we would do the $1000 session and see what the results were. They did her hair. They did her makeup. They helped her decide on outfits. I have always found my wife attractive but the results of these photos were absolutely stunning. She looked like she was a magazine model. When we were reviewing the proofs with Jen my wife commented she could feel my excitement for how wonderful she looked and it made her confident in her ability to be sexy even at her age. The photos were so good I could not narrow them down to the amount we got for $1000 and we ended up purchasing many more. We are so happy with this experience we have discussed doing it again. This is not a cheap thing to do but professional photographers are not cheap. You get what you pay for and the results were worth every penny.

When I became pregnant later that year it only made sense to call Katy to do our maternity and newborn photos. Of course they all turned out amazing as well! The prices are reasonable and there are a variety of options avaliable. Katy is an amazingly talented photographer and is great at using and even creating props. She always has phenomenal lighting and she is always respectful of her clients personal tastes and style. I love that before every shoot she will tell me ideas and let me share mine.
