(please be more organized!) do they think we don't have work? do you think we don't have anything to do with our lives? we had to push back our closing date because of them! @#$#@$KS argh! ON top of that...we wired the money to her on Friday...we originally did not plan to because we did not want to pay interest on the weekend. She assured us that we would not be charged for interest over the weekend because we are not closing until monday...and guess WHAT!!! when we got the final statement, we DID get charged for interest over the weekend... @#$#@K$!#$!$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The home had several visible maintenance issues during the showing, including damaged screens, missing/unfinished door hardware, electrical switch issues, missing caulking, and general turnover items that did not appear ready for a new tenant. After the showing, I reached out with a professional list of questions regarding repairs, cleaning, and move-in expectations before submitting sensitive application documents. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response by phone, text, or email during business hours. I also attempted to contact the office directly and did not receive a callback. I understand rentals move quickly and no property is perfect, but communication and professionalism matter especially when prospective tenants are expected to provide personal financial documents and application fees. Hoping management can improve responsiveness and property preparation moving forward.

We applied for one of their rental properties. We worked with Chris for about a week getting him…read moreall of the requested information. We met a second time in person and I confirmed with him 3 times verbally if everything was verified and if we were approved. He confirmed and said he was going to draft up the contract and send it over. He never sent the contract with the excuse that they were still waiting to confirm my partner's employment. We gave him several numbers and an email address to try and he allegedly tried to reach out but when we confirmed with my partner's employer they had no record of them reaching out. Chris then called me nonchalantly to say that they have moved on because they never received a response from the employer even though they never reached out. This put my partner and I in a very difficult position because he had already reached out to our landlord and we had confirmed since we had gotten the thumbs up from Chris that we were getting the place.
