they reached me in less than 20 minute, tower was friendly , the price was reasonable.

Do not use this company! They told me they would be at my between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. At 6 PM they told me the driver passed by the car and it was not able to be towed. That's crap. The car is fully aired up and in total towing condition. They said they could do nothing to help me. I would not use this towing service if it was the last one on earth. read more

I was on a road trip and got a flat an hour south of Dallas. Statefarm dispatched them to me and the driver got there within the time frame, called to let me know he was on the way and was super friendly when loading my car and transporting me and my dog. I had a wonderful experience even though getting a flat is always a bummer. They did a great job and I felt safe as well. Thanks again read more

Poor service, unprofessional, disrespectful Male dispatch mgr. 6 hours wait w/NO service provided, unethical business practice. Context of incident dated July 2nd, 2026. Allstate assigned my tow request placed 7/2/2026 @10:35am CST, to TP Wrecker Service (AKA: Tow Pro Wrecker service phone number 972-938-3221). Pick up of vehicle located at CO-PART located 1701 E Belt Line Rd Wilmer, TX, is 21 miles from tow Pro Wrecker. By 11:20 am CST, I was on the phone with TP wrecker paying my out-of-pocket portion of $104.17 which was in addition to the$120.00 that Allstate was paying via PO#1061594085. The vehicle needed to be picked up prior to 4pm as Co-Part closes at 4:30pm. I followed up with TP wrecker service a total of 5 times from 11:20am all the way to 4pm to asked on arrival time & assigned driver. Every time I spoke to a different lady dispatcher which would say that they did not have an assigned driver, and that they understood timeline. I also advise on every follow up call that there is a per diem cost from Co-Part if it was not picked up by end of day July 2nd. Driver was not assigned until 4pm, arrived at closed location at 4:41pm, car was NOT picked up. What makes this egregious, is that today July 3rd I called requesting to speak to dispatch mgr. a male got on phone extremely unprofessional & condescending. When I asked for his name, he said while on loudspeaker," my name is none of your F***king business!" and hung up on me. I called back and asked for my refund on portion I paid out of pocket, response was "you'll get it sometime within a few days and hung up! Co-Part is closed due to holiday; I will incur per day cost. They took my copay & Allstate payment. Was treated horribly, 6 hours wait w/NO service rendered, is unacceptable. Not ethical way of doing business, unacceptable wait time, not a way to treat customers and cheat system. I hope that registered owner Danny Girard wasn't the rude male on the phone. Notification to Allstate has been done. read more

If I could give them zero stars it would be too many. This company is at the minimum heartless and at most shady AND heartless. My adult child (a veteran) committed suicide two days ago. According to WPD initially the car was part of their investigation but was ready to be released to me yesterday, at no charge to me. My husband and I couldn't bear the thought of driving it and thinking about what my son was feeling in his last moments and I asked if I could wait for today when my out of town family got here. This afternoon I called Tow Pro explaining the situation to ask what I needed to bring to get the car. The lady answering the phone was dry and lacked any compassion, but answered my questions. She called my number back stating the police had actually not released the car, sighting a officer that I have not interacted with. I called the detective we were working with who said that it must have been an oversight. I asked the detective to confirm that there would be no cost as he had said. I have interacted with money sucking companies and have learned to recognize the signs and I was concerned; I did not want to get there and have them demand payment. He called me back to say the car was released and the tow company was saying I needed to pay less than $200. The officer was apologetic that it was something out of his control and I believe him. We get to the tow car, again the interaction lacks any decent customer service let alone sense of human empathy. Then they say it's going to be $288.69 and it is the straw that broke the camel's back. Tow Pro is a greedy company that lacks morals and values. If you have a choice, choose someone else. read more

Very bad dispatching and overall customer service. Was given five different ETA's via text, called every time they were over thirty minutes late, and bumped every time for one emergency as well as other non emergency pic ups. They don't do what they say, no empathy for stranded folks. They'll text 100 times, but take their gustimates of time with a grain of salt...then when you call asking for an update, expect it to be your fault they didn't show up... read more

Highly recommend Tow Pro for any of the services they offer. The dispatcher Debra is nothing but top notch. Had a flat tire and no tools to change at 4:30 am. Gave them a call and did not have anyone available to help due to very bad weather in the area and several bad wrecks. Which was very understandable. She offered a few numbers that may have someone available. After calling each number and no luck, I got a unexpected return call from her checking to see if I was able to get some help from anyone. After asking me to hold for a few minutes, I was told that they now had someone available to assist me. Waited about 20 minutes and she called back telling me she had to send the driver to a major accident, but was still headed my way. Had a little bit of a wait, but the driver came and had me on my way in no time. Don't recall the drivers name, but he was just as professional and had the same willingness to help. Thank you again for everything!! Ronnie S. read more

My family and I broke down on our way for our family vacation near Hillsboro,TX due to transmission problems. Called Nissan roadside assistance and they dispatched James and he was the most polite person and made our situation so much less stressful. He let us all squeeze in along with our dog and gave us a ride to the Waxahachie dealership. Real genuine guy and we can't thank him enough for taking the stress off read more

Great service w/a smile from my new friend James... Very prompt service & reasonably priced to boot! I was impressed by his artistry w/his equipment, since the deep mud had also put HIS truck in a sticky spot. But w/some manipulation of the hydraulics, he soon had both of us safely on dry ground. Many thanks for getting me on w/my day w/only a slight delay that was due to my OWN poor judgment. read more

My trailer was stolen on 3/29/20. These guys towed it to there location in Red Oak,Tx. on 4/1/20. They waited 3 days to send me a certified letter making me aware they had my property. A Dallas detective called me on 4/3/20 to make me aware these ppl had my trailer. I picked my trailer up the same day 4/3/20 at the tune of $984. I just received their certified letter today 4/7/20 with a $50 notification fee attached to the final bill. Lol!! The detective called me not these guys. I'm a owner/operator. These guys kicked me when I was down. Very bad business practices plain and simple. read more

Worst place ever! The boss is the scum of the earth you can tell that from just looking at him. Also they left my motorcycle laying in the mud/water and up against another car. So they damage my motorcycle and another car even worse than they were. Thank you for charging me 700 dollars to damage my motorcycle worse and keep my motorcycle in the mud and water. read more

This place IS the worst place ever!!!!. They made me run around all over the county looking for ID that was in the car they towed!!!! They truly want you to not get your car back, so they can sell it! This place doesn't deserve to exist! It's NASTY! They keep so hot you can't even breath! The owner thinks he's a cop, keeps giving useless advice and treating to have you arrested. I hope I NEVER deal with this type of SCUMBAGS AGAIN!!! read more

Safe and considerate drivers and staff! Very affordable and quick! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow service.

These sorry SOBs sit on the highway waiting for people to get into wrecks and then take advantage of the situation. They charged $167 to tow not even 1/2 a mile off the freeway after someone cut me off causing a wreck. They are only after your money. Do not ever attempt to call this fraudulent company. read more

This company is terrible. They do not believe in customer service and should be avoided. I had to wait almost 2 hrs and then when I complained about it they said find someone else. They never refunded my money I had to pay for the extra distance and in my opinion are complete thieves. DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL WISH YOU DID! read more
