I'm so thankful that I didn't get these people out there because there ain't no telling what they would have done to my car.

When he shows up for the appointment, he was informed they failed to order his tires so hubby had to take a less desirable set of tires. They were having troubles with everything they did and check out was backing up. We thought giving them a 5 day notice would help make the purchase, install and service a simple process but Plaza Tire proved us wrong!

If you want a towing company that adds stress instead of helping, go with Slate Towing / I-70…read moreTowing. Otherwise, stay far away. I would never recommend them. My dad's truck was towed there after an accident. We called ahead and were told we could retrieve important personal belongings with proof of insurance or payment. When we showed up, they gave us the runaround and refused access to the vehicle or his belongings. We came back the next business day with another towing company to remove the truck only to find several valuables and important documents had been stolen from the vehicle and parts of the vehicle removed; the title to the vehicle had been stolen, a firearm stolen, his GPS system was stolen and various other valuables missing. When we asked about it, the dark haired, crooked nose female receptionist was laughing about it and her along with other staff denied everything and acted completely dismissive. I70 towing /slate towing are both full of lying, unprofessional THIEVES. I urge you to Use extreme caution dealing with these companies as they're both ran by the same dishonest, corrupt people.

I had one back home and I believed I could find one again. I noted the many 5-star reviews for The Auto Shop and decided to give them a try. Chris' competence and communication were excellent, and he gave me *complete* information so that I didn't have to ask any follow-up questions. Besides the oil change, I requested a tire rotation and a general checkup. I received a reminder text message the day before the appointment which I appreciated. Tyler was fun to chat with as he drove me back home, and within a few hours I had a very complete and easy to understand report that I could view on my phone of the immediate needs, less urgent needs, and other items to keep in mind. I loved that I could approve or decline each service all on my phone through the app so that there was documentation and not just a verbal agreement. With another quick ride from Tyler, I had my car back with excellent documentation for what was done along with the remaining items I had chosen to address later, and their prices were appropriate. Chris and Tyler were very friendly and genuine, and were great representatives of this shop. Great value for me is not just about cost but also about a relationship I can trust. I consider The Auto Shop as "my" mechanics now, and would highly recommend them.
