This branch is located in the St. Nicholas Market area of Bristol, and is easy to get to via bus (parking is not easy to find in this area, though there are parking garages nearby). This branch is staffed with friendly, helpful people who do their best to find you a great deal for your holiday. I looked online first when planning my last two overseas trips, but Trailfinders found better deals and had suggestions for saving even more money. Sarah and Wendy went above and beyond to help sort out my extremely distressing situation with kindness, compassion and understanding. Without them we would have lost a £10,000 holiday with my Mum after recently losing my Dad. Wendy and Sarah always delivered in the time-frames they promised and at times outside of their work hours whilst we were in hospital. Wendy and Sarah are everything a customer service representative should be and deserve the highest praise. The desks are well laid out so that you aren't on top of other customers and you don't feel as if any other clients are involved with your plans. The staff are lovely - really patient and really try hard to match your requirements (and budget) to the holiday you were hoping for. You don't feel pressurised, the service sells it self.
