When returned they were brilliant, and long term stains were gone from a recent new procedure. The rugs returned in. much better condition than when they took them. They even worked with me to help solve problems related to placing them on a standard apartment rug: slippage, sizing, fringes and securing edges. All of which to ensure fall prevention.
