Go anywhere else! Took months to get the billing dept to understand my insurance benefit. Literally over 3 months waiting on a needed procedure. Finally get an appointment where they aren't charging me over $400 copay (my benefit is zero copay, zero co-insurance and no deductible, free) and it was by far the worst MRI experience and I've had more than 10 in my life. I was in pain the entire time by bad placement and they asked me my music preference, I said rock or country, they gave me reggae. I had to take the headphones off during the trip. I will pay more to go to a different facility from now on. Touchstone is awful!!! Definitely do NOT go to Norman location!!! read more

I went to Touchstone to have an ultrasound of my kidneys and bladder. The Touchstone staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The ultrasound procedure was fairly quick and completely painless. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I recommend Touchstone to anyone with medical scanning needs. read more

Very efficient. I forgot to request a disc so when I called on a Saturday to request one they were very responsive in trying to locate it. The "box" housing these was difficult to open so I said I would check back Monday. An hour later I received a call saying she was finally able to open the box and she had my disc. I was able to pick it up that afternoon. I appreciate the extra effort as well as the key word highlighted report I accessed...Made it easier to search the important terms. read more

I really liked the quality of the equipment used and the professional office experience. I liked that they put on the music I preferred on the headphones and gave me a panic button to push in case of an emergency. I liked that the lady helped me up afterwards when I needed assistance. I liked that she made sure I was as comfortable as possible and also gave me a warm blanket to cover with while I was in the MRI machine. I will go back. read more

I had imaging many years ago when they were on the other side of town. My multiple sclerosis neurologist is up in Oklahoma City and so she was trying to find a place down here in to send and she said they had some new procedures. Wow - - - totally impressed... They sent the report to me and all I had to do was highlight different sentences to have a better explanation and then they had a total diagram of the brain so I could tell which part pertained to what. I arrived just about at the time of my scheduled appointment had had done online check-in beforehand. Everybody was courteous and fast knew what they were doing. The tech was friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable. This was the first time I had had an MRI in 20 years without contrast so I'll be curious to talk to my doctor about anything different that she sees the report was easy to understand and didn't leave me waiting to ask my to explain anything if you have a choice of facility in I would not hesitate to recommend touchstone imaging read more

While the scheduling personnel and staff were very friendly (I would give them 5 stars), the radiologist missed a pancreatic cyst on findings and report of the MRI done (my gastroenterologist checks me annually for this by endoscopy or imaging). Because Touchstone did not report seeing this cyst on final report, I hand carried images from Touchstone to my doctor who, upon reviewing and finding cyst, called Touchstone to review over again and with that, they did find pancreatic cyst and findings were reported in an addendum to their initial report. In the past I've always had tests done in OKC but requested Touchstone since it was closer and more convenient. read more

There billing department over charged us, even after calling them to go over the bill. Will not use this company again.

Their processes are 100% manual. it can take them 24 hours to schedule after they receive an order for imaging. Utterly ridiculous. People on the phone are so very rude. If you can get it scheduled, the people in the office are nice. But their processes are horrible. read more

This is not a place that you would have numerous visits or an ongoing medical relationship with because it's just for x-ray, CT and MRI. However everyone was very nice and they made sure my insurance had approved everything before the appointment was settled. You can even request a CD copy of your scan. read more

I have read some negative reviews about this company most about there personnel stuff and not the company or about attitudes theirs and others. I had a confirmed appointment time, I arrived on time, was handed my additional paper work, confirmed insurance, completed paper work then meet by a technician and had a exam, with a copy of the examine to go. I have no complaints. I didn't over hear any complains. I did buy a DVD/CD player to look at the MRI examination. About the same time the DVD arrived from Amazon, I heard from my doctor staff the x-ray were nothing but good news. I though I need to take the DVD with me on my next doctor appointment. I was referred to this location for imaging, ultra sound and then a CT Scan. The workers were friendly and the techs were amazing! They get 5 stars The billing gets really a zero. I was quoted a price and it was WAY off once I received my bill. I called and tried to speak with them about it, and they were not going to budge. I paid them off. But they have your insurance information. Once time.. shame on you .. next time .. shame on me.... PLEASE take some time to give an accurate quote. Your patients deserve it. I came to Servant Medical Imaging in Norman based on my doctor's referral for some imaging to be done. Setting an appointment was simple and they had a reminder call and text messages which I appreciate. The office was easy to find, clean, and well decorated. The staff was helpful and patient. The only reason I am docking a star is because they have some small print on the paperwork that I don't agree with; I felt it was very misleading. It had a spot to put a checkmark or your initials stating that you could get a discount if you paid fully out of pocket and didn't go through insurance. I had received a quote for what I would need to pay out of pocket (after insurance) for about $90. I walked to the front and the gal at the desk told me that the cost with discount (not going through insurance) would be $190. I'm afraid there are a few people that may have been fooled and pay more than they would have needed to. read more

They told my doctor when setting up the appointment and then myself at the time of the appointment that they accepted my insurance and then they turned around and told my issuance they wouldn't take it. I didn't find out anything about it till a letter from a collections agency shows up in my mailbox box months later. They never sent an email, called me, or sent an invoice in the mail. I was sent there after an Auto Accident. They filed a lien and reported it to the Credit Bureau. They were paid over a month ago and it still shows on my Credit report as not paid. Never again will I ever deal with them. read more

The billing is SHADY! As a matter fact, I NEVER received a bill from them. I never received a phone call from them. I never received an email or a text message. $157 showed up on my credit report from some Franklin collection agency that I had never heard of. I have insurance and I also have an account through my job that pays for medical expenses. If I know about them!!! This is so wrong!! They couldn't tell me when I was there how much it was going be so I depended on them to send me a bill, which they never did. With a busy job and other things going on, I can't remember to call and ask everybody how much the bill is. I just pay them when I receive them. I guess they don't care about screwing up your credit report to get money that they would have received to begin with if they would've sent a bill. This is a terrible and disrespectful way to do "business". And since collection agencies get a cut of what they collect, you would think these companies would want their money in full instead of in part. Unless they're using it for a tax write off or something. Very shady. read more

We are on United Healthcare, and Servant provided me a simple imaging service for about one tenth of the price that Norman Regional was going to charge me! Their staff was great, they got me in quickly, and got the images to my doc quickly. My family will definitely use Servant for any future x-ray needs. read more
