While getting me situated for a breast MRI she took great pains to make sure I was comfortable, making several adjustments until I could relax and be able to still. Terry offered me water before and after the test and found a hair tie to help keep my hair from annoying me too. She made me feel valued. From the people at the front desk, to all of the technicians who run the show here I felt as though they don't just work at a job.
