Since I have a family history of breast cancer, it's recommended that I start mammogram screenings earlier than most. My first mammogram was here at Invision Sally Jobe @ PSL. The gal at the front desk was funny & welcoming (forgot to ask her name ). I was also very impressed with Lisa who performed the mammogram. She was patient, sweet, and explained everything in great detail -- making the process much less ominous. She gave me some great future recommendations and hints about how to interpret my results. I would recommend this place for sure, especially if you are feeling nervous about the imaging. SIDE NOTE: It didn't hurt at all despite the rumors out there that it does! read more

Tried to schedule an appointment, even though I am already nervous about what is to be done. I do not have the specific name of the NP that my results should be sent to, only the office (in which I've seen multiple physicians/NPs in) name and apparently that isn't good enough. I asked if I could find out that information and update it at my appointment, and was told no, that I couldn't schedule my appointment without this name. I work in the medical field, and to turn a patient away because of something like this is unprofessional and the worst kind of patient care. I will not be making this appointment at all now because my experience has created some serious doubt in the patient care I would be receiving. read more

First off the technician and office staff and nurse are the best. Now the the bad and ugly. Melody in pre cert is the worse. She called me talked down to me and was argumentative. I told her I knew how everything works. She then told me I should just pay cash and not use my insurance. I found this inappropriate wrong. When I spoke with her the following Monday as my Dr. Wanted to know who this person Melody be came quite agitated and aggressive on the call telling me how great she and told me I was a lair over the phone. I asked to speak with supervisor and was told they were not available to speak with. She then called me back with the same attitude to let me know that she had emailed them. I did not ask her to call to let me know how she handled things. She just made everything worse. read more

After scheduling the first available appointment with Invision and being assured they could perform the scan, the office (particularly the tech Angela) at 2055 N High Street was arrogant, uncaring, lacking in compassion, and misinformed. The tech continued to lecture me and my doctor's office that certain tests do not exist and wasted weeks of time while I'm in pain waiting for a surgery that requires the ordered imaging. I strongly encourage you to choose another competent and caring provider and safe yourself the pain, frustration, and insult of working with this office. read more

One of the doctors had a terrible bedside manner and scared me with his speculation about my case before my biopsy. The biopsy was extremely painful. The pathology reports took so long to come back from the Swedish lab on every procedure I had. I would never want anyone to go through a similar experience. read more

Had exams. Never got results, nor did referring primary care physician. Called records. Said would send by email immediately. Arrived password and "order #" protected. didn't have "order number." emailed tech support for records on 1/4/22, provided name, dob, date and place of exams. Received utterly non-helpful response THREE WEEKS LATER on 1/22/22 from technicalsupport@bactes.zendesk.com asking me for the same info. Two years ago same problem and reading physician failed to compare to my prior ISJ exams. What a joke. I do NOT recommend using this provider. read more

Mammogram procedure was very painful here. My previous mammograms at invision sally jobe dtc were not. I really thought I was going to pass out. When I told the tech how much pain I was in, she said and I quote "I'm sorry". Really? When I got home I noticed I had a lot of bruising. Think I will drive to dtc next year. read more

I just left Sally Jobe off of Hampden. It was a horrible experience getting my MRI on my breast. I was just diagnosed with cancer 6 days ago and wanted to get the MRI asap. My usual location on Indiana could not get me in till next week. I did not want to wait that long as I am meeting with my surgeon on Wednesday. The equipment used for my MRI was 10 years old, the noise was deafening. The ear phones did little to help. I had anxiety during the procedure as all I could think about was getting away from that horrible machine. Was told by the tech that this machine was noisier due to its age and the newer machines were much quieter although still loud. I then went to the manager of the facility and told him how awful it had been. He too agreed that the older machines are much louder than the newer ones. I cannot recommend enough for any woman needing an MRI for breast cancer to do your research first on the age of the MRI equipment. I wish I had known that Sally Jobe was using such outdated equipment for MRI's at some of their locations. No wonder it would take another full week to get into their newer facility at Indiana. I could have gone to Rose Medical or Sky Ridge Hospital if I had known they were going to use that torture chamber for my MRI. It is stressful enough to have cancer and trying to figure out what surgeon, oncologist, etc to use but when you have to endure the noise I just endured to see how far it had spread is beyond ridiculous when there is equipment out there that is much less noisy. I will not be using Sally Jobe again for any of my diagnostic procedures. I would not want to take a chance of another horrible experience like today. Again, do your research before having Sally Jobe at any location do an MRI. Since having my first MRI ever I had another one at another Sally Jobe location on Bellview, Greenwood Village. What a different experience. First of all they made me very comfortable, or as best as could be expected for laying on your stomach for 45 minutes inside an MRI machine. Then I told them about my horrible experience at the Sally Jobe on Eliat Street in Englewood. They put ear plugs in my ears then added earphones. I could hardly hear the machine. I blame the tech for not doing the same at the other location. It was a torture chamber and the worst experience ever. There is no excuse for what she put me through now that I know better. I also did some research on line and using ear plugs with ear phones is a standard practice. Sally Jobe should be embarrassed for having such terrible techs working for them and causing additional distress to patients in an already stressful situation dealing with a cancer diagnosis. I will not forget the woman ever who did my MRI or the terrible experience. The manager was just as bad for not correcting his facility to not be a torture chamber for patients. Both should be fired and replaced with professionals who understand what it is like to be in this position with cancer and needing the best care possible. I should have known better when the manager had a toothpick in his mouth while discussing my experience the entire time I talked with him. I couldn't believe it. Shame on the corporate owners of Sally Jobe for putting profits ahead of quality health care. Throw away that old, 10 year, MRI machine, and update your facilities to the 21st century. Make sure every patient is given ear plugs, quality head sets, and made as comfortable as possible during their procedures. After visiting the Sally Jobe location off of Bellview with a beautiful reception area, updated MRI machines, all necessary equipment for a smooth MRI procedure and true professionals from start to finish. I would rank their Eliat Street, Englewood, location as an extremely dated facility that should not be part of or associated with Sally Jobe, a black mark on their otherwise up to date other facilities. read more

Presbyterian /St. Luke's location--The lady at the front desk is always very welcoming and helpful each time I visit. Also, the tech who performed my screening was very gentle and explained everything she needed to do ahead of time. She was also very personable and made sure I understood everything and inquired as to any questions I might have. Because I live about an hour away, I very much appreciated being in and out in a half hour or less. Also a big thank you to the doctor who interpreted my results so quickly. Thank you! read more

I have been to this location (2055 N High St., Denver) and also the location that used to be in Cherry Creek (that location is now closed). Both locations were good experiences, but this review is mostly about the High St. location. First, there is free parking in the garage. But if you miss the garage entrance, there is plenty of free street parking in the area. Second, the office is clean, with friendly staff, and a nice basket of snacks in the waiting room. Last, the technician was super nice, reassuring, and quick and efficient. I used to have screenings done at another place in Cherry Creek but they no longer accept my insurance. I'm glad I found ISJ because they are much more efficient, much more friendly, and seem to be much better about how they schedule their appointments since my wait times have never been longer than a few minutes. I think my entire appointment took about 15 minutes... amazing! And I received my screening results in the mail in 4 days. Overall, a very good experience. read more
