I've received excellent PT years ago, so the bar is set high. I'm happy to say this experience has been every bit as great! Its location on Enfield Street/Route 5 is convenient (super convenient for me as the other office sharing the building is my podiatrist). Live Every Day has a bright, clean space, and the receptionists (2) are very friendly and welcoming. My physio is Christiana, and she is wonderful! She's professional, explaining the why & how of every part of my treatment plan. Her knowledge is vast, and she is just such a nice person who is genuinely helping me move, stretch, realign, and have less pain. But I've also noticed other PTs with their clients, and this place is full of friendly professionals. I highly recommend Live Every Day!

He was always able to pinpoint the exact location to be worked on. His dry needling skills have really helped me. My shoulder has improved dramatically and my range of motion is almost normal. I still have to work on building strength with my home exercises. Brandon listens carefully and adjusts to what I need. Everyone at Grey Physical therapy is attentive to you while you are doing your exercises to make sure that you are doing it correctly and encouraging you throughout. All the staff have always been very helpful whenever I have had any questions. During these times of extra precautions, I always felt comfortable with the levels they took to maintain safe distances and equipment cleaned after each use. My brother who passed away last month was a patient at Fresh River since 2018. His was a difficult…read morecase...his mental and physical disabilities were quite challenging and profound and he required 24/7 nursing care. The only way my family could afford his healthcare was with Medicaid which simply cannot provide all the bells and whistles. That being said, every member of the staff...receptionists, aids, nurses and administrators who I came to know were caring, kind and responsive. Whenever an issue came up that needed to be addressed, they worked with me to help resolve things. Were things perfect? NO. But at the end of the day, the staff was so caring with my brother, who didn't want to be there. (Is there anyone who given the choice, wants to be in a nursing home?). The building is not fancy...I'm sure if they could get more funding they would do more...but it was always clean. I lived 50 miles from Fresh River and during his time, I looked at other places that were nearby, but none seemed to compare in terms of the care and attitude of the staff. So what did these years teach me? If you are forced to have your loved one in a nursing home, take a moment to think about the folks who are with him everyday. These are not easy jobs. These are folks who are there to solve difficult problems when the outcomes are not always pleasant. I couldn't do what they do. I'm truly grateful to the staff at Fresh River who were there for my brother when I couldn't be.

I told her my name numerous times and she repeated it back to me in a rude manner and then proceeded to hang up on my face. I will be removing my loved one from this facility because if the supervisors are mean, I can't imagine what the workers are like to my loved one. That told me enough
