All were knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Look, if I have to go somewhere 3 times a week for an hour I would like it to be sort of enjoyable. The staff were all very accommodating. If I had to cancel because of the weather, they understood and would try to work a reschedule as soon as possible. It is true, what they say, if you are hurting more after PT than before you went in, you aren't doing it right. Listen to the people here, they know what they are talking about. I did the work there and at home and I am almost back to normal after a short 4 months after surgery! Added bonus! They are within hobbling distance to some of the great places in Blackstone!

I think I've spent 4months or so total time admitted to the place. Maybe more. 99% of the time I get spectacular service and treatment from amazing doctors. Have only had 1 absolute terrible experience with the ultra sound department. That catastrophe alone is why I took a star away. Several cafes, gift shops, cafeterias, and little bodega-type shops are around the entire hospital. Free valet parking. Amazing people. Beautiful artwork and one beyond-awesome garden area full of blown glass art. Going to the hospital to see that area is worth a trip, even if you don't 'need' to be in the hospital. I live in South Sioux City, NE; two hours away. And I have incredibly easy access to health care in my town and Sioux City, IA. But, I come down to Omaha for my major health needs. That's how good this place is. I'm thankful for the doctors here that literally have saved my life. More than once.

They don't send you home with any of the exercises, they want you to come in more often so they make more money. Everyone is treated in the same big room in front of everyone else so that even if they were to talk to you, everyone else can hear your conversation. No sustenance. My mom's POA had clearly stated we did not want my mom on that medication. On the medication she was unresponsive, She was a bit responsive for a couple of days after they took her off but she was dehydrated and without food. She then got covid. Or that's what her chart states. The state substantiated our case. Azria will be seeing a lot of fallout from this negligent and abusive homicide. The food truck would come on Wednesday and even by Saturday they were out of the basic items. Some workers were nice but others were not.
