They are honest and trust worthy, which is THE MOST important factor one is looking for when going into a jewelry store! I came to sell 2 Tiffany Wedding bands: they had Tiffany buyers/ vendors so they showed them to them. The price wasn't right for me but nevertheless, Isaac suggested I get them cleaned and appraised and best advice is to sell them on EBay. He did a wonderful job doing all that. All smiles here! Will always come here anything regarding jewelry!

When he called me to let me know the bikes were ready he said one bike was $75 and the other was $30. However, when I went to pick them up I was charged an additional service and wash $40 for one of the bicycles that wasn't mentioned ahead of time. The employee had even told me ahead of time that if it was more than $100 to just get a new bike. I would have preferred they were more transparent with the cost, as I asked several times. I thought the first employee was extremely nice and helpful, I wish I could recommend the place but I'm feeling a little off put by hidden costs.

Store is located in a busy shopping center in Doral, so if you go later in the day, you might not find parking. We walked in and we were immediately greeted. My daughter looked around and found a pair she liked. The very nice lady that was attending the store advised us that they have a foot analyzer that would help on determining what would be the best shoe for the feet. She advise that I buy the shoes with her the analysis is included, otherwise there is a fee. We advised her that we were going to buy a pair, so she went ahead and walked with my daughter to the machine. Very cool how it takes a 3D image of the feet and allows you to see where you need more support. Ironically the shoe she had selected was the right fit. Daughter loves the shoes and feels a her feet feel a lot better support them before.

While our visit, we said about 20 times we were highly sensitive to low-quality fantasy. We were assured their items were of high quality. However, an hour later, after we made the purchases, we had rashes that lasted a week. Since I live over 1 hour away it took 10 days for us to take back the items. This is when it gets interesting as this company started to come up with no sense policy as "Due to COVID we can't accept the items" Please be mindful that at the time we visited no one was wearing a mask other than us Also, they did not have any publication or instructions regarding COVID. Another policy was that "they made us aware". This is completely false and we asked to review their recordings since there was no publication or note on the receipt with their return policy. In addition, I received final today the receipt itemized invoice and requested one to learn they overcharged me, and once again, there is no public return policy. Nice selection of accessories, if you need a last minute gift its OK. About $16.99 for a pair of earrings (they say made in china in the front) - so price wise, not the most cost effective. The selection of purses is small, the average price for each about $45. Like I said, for a last minute gift or something on a whim its nice.
