She brought us into a room and had us sit down so she could talk to my daughter to get to know her and see what she liked and didn't like. After finding out my daughter's preferences, she left us to select some gowns for my daughter to try. I liked the way that Linda would fluff out the back of the gowns that my daughter tried on so that you could see the full beauty of the gowns. After going to several bridal shops, i found that not all of them do that. My daughter liked the top of one dress but the bottom of another dress. Linda was very creative and had my daughter keep the dress on with the top she liked. She then rolled the top down on the dress that my daughter liked the bottom of and had my daughter step into it and held it at her waist so that she could visualize what the dress would look like with the top and bottom that she liked. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn't completely sure that this was the dress for her. Linda was very patient and never pressured my daughter to make a decision. We really liked Linda and were sad that my daughter didn't find the dress that she loved here.

My mom found a gorgeous dress within a reasonable budget. The staff and owner gave honest advice/opinions on the dresses she tried on and made us feel very comfortable. We had found her "the one" and didn't even bother looking at any other stores. They were so great that we even bought my flower girl's dress with them too which they personalized to match my bridesmaids and the color theme of my wedding. We only had to go in for one fitting because when we returned the fit was perfect for both my mom and the flower girl. Overall excellent. I would definitely return if I ever need any formal dresses in the future and highly recommend them to my family and friends. The staff is bilingual- English and Spanish.

Yanna's honesty was also on full display when she called me a week after our initial meeting to tell me that she had found a lady in India who could get the exact fabric I wanted for the dress at an even lower price than she had originally quoted me. You don't see that every day. I had 5 dress fittings and in each one Yanna's main goal was to make sure that every detail of the dress was exactly how I wanted it to be. No pressure at all to make it to her liking, like other seamstresses do. I travel a lot and Yanna's flexibility and understanding of my limited time was key in getting the dress made with more than enough time before the wedding. I will definitely only go to Yanna for any future dresses. The experience was not only everything I was hoping for but the dress turned out to be stunning and exactly what I wanted!

They offered so many different options and the prices were honestly great for the intricacy of the dresses. Unfortunately, I felt once I bought the dress customer service went down hill from there. Since I live out of state I continuously reminded them to please let me know when the dress would arrive so I could buy my ticket. I had to message them so many times for any type of information. After being told the manager would call me back... another week passed. Finally I receive an apology email saying my chain email went to spam. I tried to brush it off but was happy I already booked my ticket. At this point I wanted to talk to them in person regardless of the dress was there or not. Because the lac of communication made me extremely uncomfortable. Once I received the dress it fit perfectly and did not need to be hemmed. However, it still needed the bustle. My dress cost a little over 1K ... how is it possible that adding a couple buttons costs 500$?? On top of that, they waited on the day of pick up to put those buttons on? They had 3 days to complete this from when I last came in the shop. It was so unprofessional to be rushing them while I'm waiting in the lobby. Side note, I also came to the shop on the agreed time and the store was locked with no lights on. I had to wait multiple times for them to open the store when the store should have been open. If you use this location. Just use it to find the dress you like and then buy that exact dress from a more responsible boutique.
