If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you are looking to find your perfect wedding dress in the Miami area, please refrain from coming to this location. The staff (the only one in the store at the time, Mabel) is extremely rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional, and racist. I arrived at my appointment at 3 o'clock with my best friend, and when we walked in, there was another party also looking for a bridal gown. She walked them out, closed the door behind her and began complaining about how the bride had chosen a dress that was $3000 but her budget was only $1000 while showing us the dress that the bride wanted. Unprofessional and weird, but I looked past it. We sat down and she started asking me about what I wanted an a dress and I told her. We proceeded to walk towards the racks of dresses where they are so tightly packed that you cannot see anything and she seemed annoyed to pull dresses from the rack. She then proceeds to pull dresses That are the exact opposite of what I had described to her, and whenever I would say no, I didn't like the dress, she seemed annoyed and would stare at me as if she was waiting for me to change my mind. I already felt uncomfortable and, I wanted to leave, but I didn't want to waste my time so I proceeded pick out two or three dresses that I kind of liked. She pulled them and led me to the dressing room where she began to make comment about my body while I was undressing. She made comments about how My shoulders were too broad to do straps or sleeves, how I should pick something with more chest support because my breasts are saggy, And in her own words "Please, I beg you do not choose something with a low waist line" presumably because of my size. I was clearly very uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible so I rushed to the second dress which did not fit me, so she looked over to my best friends and said this is not a dress for you this is dress for her and tried to push my best friend to put the dress on. (My best friends is skinnier than I am). At that point, my nipple cover was coming off and I jokingly said to give me a second to readjust, to which she responded "Don't worry I've seen much worse, black girls come in here with their boobs sagging to their belly button and regular tape on them to keep them up." At that point I had heard enough, I politely declined trying on any more dresses and tried to leave when she tried to convince me that she would sell me a dress that I had tried on at a different bridal store, at a lower price and seemed like she was implying that they were trying to scam me. I left after that. I looked at some of the reviews and it's clear from the responses to issues similar to mine which are met with nothing but claims of excellence, which are clearly untrue, and half baked apologies, the owner does not care for customer experience and feedback, and cares more for protecting her racist, unprofessional, and rude staff. Please, please, please, if you are looking for a bridal dress go to Pronovias on Miracle Mile. Much better quality and ambiance, and it's where I found the dress of my dreams. read more
