We came hungry and ordered a spread: sesame chicken, General Tso's chicken, garlic noodles with chicken, and the kung pao Brussels sprouts. The garlic noodles with chicken were a standout surprise -- buttery, fresh-tasting, and nicely balanced without being overly garlicky. The General Tso's had a pleasant sweetness (I personally wouldn't mind a little more heat), and the sesame chicken was spot-on. Both dishes used quality cuts of chicken -- tender and not that tough, chewy takeout texture you sometimes get. But the real star? The kung pao Brussels sprouts. Wow. Perfect char, just the right amount of sauce, and loaded with scallions and peanuts for great texture.
