They provide a very good foot massage at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

A M A Z I N G!!!!!…read more Total kudos to these folks for a fantastic chair massage! I took them up on their invitation to come in and bought a 20 minute chair massage. The man who gave me the chair massage had strong hands that had me totally relaxed in 10 minutes. He worked me from my neck to my waist. The spinal work was amazing and he worked muscles I didn't know existed! Towards the end he asked me "10 more minutes for $10 more dollars?" HELL YES!!! Best $$$ I ever spent. I left there feeling like a new man. I was more flexible and stood taller and straighter due to his work on my back. Next visit to NOLA... I'm treating myself, multiple times... 5 Stars!!

After looking at the menu, I picked the 60 minute foot massage for $60. I confirmed with the guy that that's what I wanted. He led me to a massage chair where a male masseuse was waiting. He began working on my neck and shoulders (my foot massage place at home always begins with the next and shoulders then move down the arms and then to the feet) so I thought this was part of the massage. Mid-way through a girl sat down and began working on my feet while the guy continued on my shoulders. I wondered why they had two people working on me but thought maybe they just wanted to get people through faster. But at checkout, the lady at the counter charged me $96!! I said no the sign said $60 for a one hour foot massage. She told me that I received a neck and shoulder massage for an additional $36. I said that is NOT what I asked for and I thought that was part of the foot massage. She kept insisting it was $96 for my service. After a huge argument with her, I paid her what I asked for - $60 for a one hour foot massage - and left. So beware! They will get you in for one service but try to sneak in something you didn't ask for and then charge you for it! It's a total racket!!

They cracked everything, both my husband and I were talking about how they did so good on our entire body. I have sciatica issues and the pressure applied with his elbows in the center of my glute and down the center of my thighs hurts like hell but I literally have no pain anymore. I don't know how to describe the pressure, it was hard and intense but not too deep which I've had too deep in the past where I could barely walk and had bruises this was more firm pressure with effleurage and they used hot stones without me even asking. I'll definitely go back. Oh and 60 mins was $76

A few minutes in, a guy came over and just started massaging my shoulder and said nothing. I was confused because I didn't know if they do this for everyone's foot massage or what but I fully believe you should ask the client before starting a paid service. A few minutes later, another guy came over and also started massaging my friends shoulder. My friend said she didn't want anything because it would cost extra, right? The guy massaging my shoulder then said, you want 30 minutes shoulder, face and arms? I was like uhhh how much does that cost? It was double what I had agreed to for my feet so I said no I'm ok. He then said, how about 10 minutes? Mind you, he had already massaged my shoulder (which again, I never requested) for 5 minutes so I felt bad and said ok fine 10 minutes, no face. My friend still opted out and the guy sighed. I heavily disagree with this practice because I find it very sneaky and that they hope clients feel bad and say yes. Any paid service should always be disclosed and ASKED to the client before beginning. My total for both services came out to $46 cash and I gave a $10 tip which is more than a 20% tip despite me not loving how the service/situation went down. My masseuse proceeded to ask me for tip for the guy who did my 10 min shoulder massage. Like what? I asked him to split it with him and he said ok but I was very turned off that he even requested this. They gave me a total of the services and I tipped off the total. Did he think I was tipping just him 30%?

Now I noticed that they removed my review from last year; the one where I complained about them wanting you to leave a tip for the front desk employee. I'm sure the wax itself is fine; it was last year. I presume they have a lot of employee turnover as the Aesthetician saw her tip walk away when I walked out the door. Silly policies.
