I say guys, when I really mean GUY my representative Robert Kellom makes it happen, always.. The shirt quality isn't up to the printer (you get what you pay for in that regard) the print quality however is paramount. I'm a detail guy. over serval orders and designs the printing side of this business faltered. more than once.. however, Robert cared enough about our small business to make it right, without any push back or BS I had a deadline, and UPS just showed me how Robert came through. there are PLENTY of places that do this kind of work, from shirts, to hats, to stickers Robert is about to get all of my business. I'm sure AKT is a fine company, but for all who may be wondering, Robert is the reason you have my business, dude is world class.

Being a lover of all things local I decided to give them a try. FedEx was going to charge me around $80 for the size and printing I was needing, but once I talked to Rod at Empire, he hooked me up with a better price and quick, next day service! (I was in a time crunch) Rod and his team certainly delivered! Not only did they upgrade my prints to gator board (much more durable than the typical foam board), but they called to let me know exactly when my prints would be ready and smiled the whole way through the process. The ability to get same day turnaround when I order in the morning is a huge plus, and being able to pick up locally makes the process super convenient. I also tried their UV DTF transfers. Solid shapes came out great, but more intricate designs with small lettering didn't transfer as cleanly and were a bit more difficult to work with compared to others I've ordered online. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. One thing to note is their weekday-only hours (closing at 5 and not open on weekends), which can be tough to work around if you have a full time job. That said, I once messaged them about a late pickup and someone was working a little after hours so I could get my order. Overall, a reliable local business with great service and quality, especially for standard DTF needs.

He had my shirts over a month messed up the logo, spelled Reunion wrong (rewnion), forgot to cross the T's and used the wrong color red. He used bright and I told him it needed to be a darker deep red. Also never responded when I requested a proof. Still no response and it's been over 3 wks. So, if you're dropping something off, drive slow, look for a white sign that doesn't have their name on it, and go to the side of building B. Signage, a better attitude, and some type of storefront where customers aren't exposed to all the disorganization would help.
