They sent me an invoice which I paid and because they didn't know my order was never started. They then realize and rushed the order to finish in time. Quality is absolutely terrible. The ink was thick and blotchy crooked on some shirts. It started to flake and come off before the first wash and after yeah destroyed. They had zero accountability and said that because I didn't buy the shirts from them, there's nothing they could do. They rushed the order and did a poor job. This wasn't for a lawn care business I was trying to start a brand. This is not the place for that. Mind you these are hand died and cut shirts from Los Angles Apparel. Please don't go here.

I searched everywhere for a jersey...Hibbit Sports, Sports Academy, Dicks Sporting Good, online shops and Amazon! At first I was looking at price, then I started caring less about price and focused on timing. It was Labor Day weekend which meant I had fewer and fewer days to find this elusive jersey for the following Saturday. I then googled local shops, but knew they wouldn't open until Tuesday because of the Holiday. I reached out to Welcome's Back Shirt Shack over the weekend and first thing Tuesday morning I had an email waiting in my inbox. They were going to try to find me a girls basketball jersey in any color and she enough they came back later that day saying they could have one UPS'd there by Thursday afternoon. This was perfect because I could still use my Cricut on it before the birthday party on Saturday. I took a shot in the dark asking if they could print on it as a last minute request (instead of me using the cricut). They gladly printed and had the jersey ready to go before closing on Friday. I couldn't have been more happier with the entire experience which only happened because I waited till the second. The jersey was $15 and the printing was $8.50. This whole exercise from email, to shipping, to printing was done in 4 days. It was the perfect birthday gift for a little girl who loves basketball.

This company was recommended to me from a few people so I was honestly expecting a no hassle, easy transaction but that is not what I got. I was working with Darrell and at first things seemed great. He was very helpful in giving me quotes for many different options but when I was ready to order it was a WHOLE different ball game. I first want to say that I have ordered a LOT of different types of merchandise for my company so I am not a newbie. The BIGGEST issue I had with this company is that they did NOT stick to the price that I was quoted for. I can totally understand a small difference in quoted prices because of tax, shipping, last minute changes, etc...but this was not a small difference. This was relatively going to be at least a $100 difference in price. And I didn't throw any curve balls at them. Darrell didn't seem very accommodating to even HONOR what price he originally gave me and kept giving me the run around with things such as colors, sizes, and front and back graphics. In the end, I told them that I would find someone else to fill our t-shirt needs as to it *seemed* like too much of an ordeal to get some decent customer service. The email I got back to this was "ok." Need I say more?

It ran smoothly and for the price it was a steal! So that same day I signed the paperwork for the machine I saw work in front of me.
