I am an older woman who has had many surgeries over the years…read more These surgeries occasioned a lot of physical therapy. Twin Boro in South Plainfield is by far the best of 8 I have utilized. First, the therapists Bree and Aaron are extraordinary. They are informed, professional, congenial, and tough. Also worthy of praise are Corrine, the office manager, and Ashlin, the PT assistant. Both of these women are focused, competent factors in my recovery. The facility is clean and pleasant. The noise level (voices and machines) is low. It takes me five minutes to get to Twin Boro - and a day to recover from the intense treatment. Bravo to the whole crew for jobs so well done! I will (and have) recommended this facility to others.

After being involved in a car accident on Thanksgiving Eve 2025, my pain management doctor instructed me to begin physical therapy 2-3 times a week, which I am still actively doing. At my recent follow-up appointment with my pain management doctor, it was recommended that I continue therapy, and I truly believe Christine is a huge reason for the progress I have made. I was so happy to be able to track Christine down because I truly trust her care and dedication. Christine is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients and their healing journey. She takes the time to listen, encourages you through the difficult days, and creates a supportive environment that makes recovery feel possible. I also absolutely love the facility itself. From the helpful and welcoming front desk staff to all of the assistants who work alongside the therapists, everyone is kind, caring, professional, and simply awesome. You can truly feel the positive atmosphere the moment you walk through the door. I am beyond grateful for the support, encouragement, and care I continue to receive, and I highly recommend Christine and the entire team to anyone in need of physical therapy.

The worst…read moreexperience ever has been dealing with trying obtain my son's medical records after we moved out of state. I made a payment in September for my son's extended records to be mailed to me and didn't receive them. I called multiple times a week for weeks to get ahold of them. Not once has anyone ever picked up my call on the medical record line. Instead I have to go through the sick appointment line to get ahold of anyone. I told them my son's 2 year appointment would be at the end of October which gave them almost 2 months to mail me his records/vaccines. Still I got nothing and over the phone they continued to say we will mail them. I spoke to someone a week before his 2 year appointment and they said we will mail it out today but we will also fax the vaccine information by the end of the day so the new office has it. The morning of the appointment my son's new office calls to tell me they never received anything. Again Healthy Kids says we will fax partial records and mail the full records and it's now December and neither myself nor my child's new office has any health records. Today's phone call the lady on the other line tried to tell me it'll cost me another $10 to mail the records when I've already made the payment in September!!! This is the worst experience ever.
