The staff is very attentive, always making sure to accommodate any personal needs and physical limitations. The location is easy to park at and the inside is always clean and tidy. In fact the aides walk around and clean every table after it's used to make sure it's 100% sanitary. I paid through insurance, but the costs did not need seem high, especially considering the high quality of care. They are also open late many nights (until 9pm) so it's a fantastic option for NYC commuters and those with busy schedules. My physical therapist was Nicole who is moving to the Summit location. I highly recommend her - she's incredibly friendly and great to work with. Always takes the time to walk through stretches or workouts as many times as you need. She also explains the technical elements of your therapy in terms everyone can understand which makes you feel in control of your recovery/PT. I really don't think you can go wrong with any of the physical therapists here. They are all incredibly welcoming and helpful, even if you aren't their client. I was treating a 5-year old sprain and had seen 3 doctors and a physical therapist before, but after ~3 months with ProCare my pain is gone, my balance is back, and I feel completely in control of my previously fragile ankle. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about COPT Comprehensive Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Parsippany…read more From day one, it's been clear that the therapists here are not only knowledgeable, but truly invested in helping you improve. I'm currently being treated for a frozen shoulder, and what I appreciate most is how thoughtfully they approach each session. They take the time to listen, adjust the therapy to what works best for you, and push you in a very intentional, measured way so you continue making progress without feeling overwhelmed. My experience here has been a stark contrast to two other PT clinics I tried before. Those felt impersonal--either I was left doing exercises on my own with little supervision, or sessions felt rushed and strictly capped, like they were just trying to move patients through. At COPT, it's the opposite. The team really gets to know you, builds a strong relationship, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about your recovery and long-term health. If you're looking for a place that combines expertise with a personal touch, this is it.

I would like to place on record the excellent treatment I have received at Comprehensive Physical…read moreTherapy (COPT) at Somerset. I have had a chronic pain (Tennis elbow) since the last 18-20 months that I was treating through my orthopedic who prescribed Meloxicam and Advil as needed. These medicines have long term issues impacting kidney and liver functions. A friend recommended Gopal Patel at COPT in Somerset and I started my PT under his guidance in mid September 2023. I am very happy to state that I have been cured over 95% and pain intensity is a thing of the past. Gopal is an excellent therapist who never looks at the clock and works tirelessly to treat the symptoms and ensure the patient gets relief from the first therapy itself. I call him a magician as he has been able to help me gain strength and now I am able to do all my chores with ease. Earlier even navigating the car steering was a problem but not any more. I am very very happy to have discovered COPT and drive quite a distance for my therapy - all because the COPT folks genuinely care. All his therapists are experts and extremely patient with the patients. I have seen so many smiling faces and the atmosphere is positive and lively. The entire set up is very clean and there is coffee and water for all. I highly recommend Comprehensive Physical Therapy to all who are in pain. Thank you Gopal Patel for your amazing treatment.

Well I never thought I would be the first one to review this amazing place!…read more I was referred to this center by my orthopedic doctor for a 6 week period to get my lower back healed. He did specifically recommend this place and that this was good. Since I live closer to Edison, I had no issues going here twice in a week for the next 6 weeks. Right from the start of getting my appointments scheduled to getting my physiotherapy sessions done, it has been a complete breeze. They do a clinical job in getting your details thoroughly, listening to what the needs are and getting you treated. They have a great team of employees - Marie and Sonia at the front desk and Dean, Mohammad and Terry helping whenever the star physiotherapist Lauren(the Director) is not around. Lauren gets you fixed, Period! The location is well-maintained and regularly sanitized in between sessions. Mask-wearing is mandated and religiously followed. Parking is right out of the door which is very good for people with leg injuries, coming here. Highly recommend this place!

I chose to go to the middlesex office because well it's convenient for me. Although to be honest I'm closer to the other office. But any who...... first impressions are usually the deciding factor of many things. Life seems to be about first impressions. But let's down to the nitty gritty here. Walk in to a waiting room and sign in window where i am usually greeted with a hello,hi or welcome back. Room is open with a divider separating the waiting area from the therapy area. Therapist is usually notified of your arrival. Ok let's get "physical". Keep in mind though i can only review the people i come into contact with in this office. But I'm sure everyone is just as good. Patty is my therapist. She's great at her job. I feel like she knows exactly what she's doing and doesn't push me beyond my capabilities. Listens to my worries and adjusts my plan accordingly. Keith I believe is man behind the practice. An owner if you will but unlike any owner. He's on the floor treating and talking with patients. Very professional and it shows. Michelle and *Anne* (hope that's right) are also therapists here. I personally haven't had any experience with them but they also are very professional with there patients. Never a bad thing said about any of the therapists.... Now for the "therapists in training". ???? They have a lot assistants. And let me tell you. These girls are no joke. They work and make sure your doing your therapy correct. Very observant and yet very personal. Keeping an eye on every person and the therapists to ensure they have what they need. Just wish I could remember all there names because they deserve praise also. So in closing I'll spell out what B.E.S.T physical therapy means when it comes to your treatment...
