I have been at this clinic since my two older were adopted in 2010. We started at the Mesquite location. We are now at the Sunnyvale location. I absolutely love this clinic. Dr. Patrick has been seeing my kids since they were three and five years old. I have not had any issues at the Sunnyvale location. The staff is always very professional, and the women at the front desk are always happy, professional, and ready to help in anyway that they can. I have never had to wait a long time to be seen. The only time that happened was at the Mesquite location, but I was also a walk-in. I see a lot of negative reviews for this clinic, but I am now bringing my fourth child here so this must be a good clinic. Normally, when we check-in we are greeted by Seleste. She is alway very professional and she listens to you. I loooove when she is at the front desk. What I love most is that the doctors take their time and listen to your concerns. They do not hesitate to send over referrals for specialist if needed. Dr. Patrick is our absolute most favorite doctor. I understand that there are people who get frustrated when the doctor don't call you back or if your wait time is too long. You have to understand that you're dealing with the pediatric clinic. Sometimes the staff will get busy and forget to call you back, but all you have to do is call back and your questions will be answered. There have been times I called and didn't get a call back, as a parent it is your responsibility to call back.
