The doctors are great but the staff they have upfront in the lobby have the worst customer service!!!! First of all, Every time I go to checkout from the appointment, nobody acknowledges that you're there because they're either busy on their phone or just plain ignored! Second of all, I don't know why these people have a phone number that nobody picks up! "Busy assisting other patients", you guys don't get that crowded! You guys sit on your asses for what?!?! Waiting on the phone on hold for 10mins for it to hang up on my face!!!! Why work when you can't do your job!!!My children over here at home coughing their lungs out and beyond sick! UPDATE: 8/10/23 Tried calling again after my review from 5 months ago. Nobody picked up again, not a surprise. Though I can add a few more details on how well they take care of things after this has happened again. There's been no improvement since. My little sister's name has been spelt wrong for the longest time (and we fill out a form?). We've waited in a room for the pediatrician to show up for about an hour multiple times. I'm not sure if they're severely understaffed or what is going on, but they all seem to be leisurely. I've been going here for over two years as a translator for my stepmom, but also as the person that has to deal with the 20+ minute long waiting on the phone for them to hang up on me. read more

Horrible! I sat in the lobby with my sick child in my lap for 45 minutes while watching at minimum 10 other children come AND go! What's worse is that the receptionist could clearly see my daughter was suffering...terrible experience! I asked twice why it had been taking so long despite having an appointment and they said the Dr. was running behind but 45 minutes is a bit much so I definitely don't recommend this place. I got home to tell my wife and she reminded me that she had the same experience there months earlier with a separate child so...one in a million chance or just a bad business? Either way when your child is sick and suffering neither is worth a 45 minute wait. read more

They are very caring and I'm always able to get a last minute appointment when my kids get sick, of course you need to also be flexible with their available times. I have read reviews that they don't pick up the phone and I can agree with that- but they have gotten a lot better. I think they read the reviews and have worked to improve on that. The front desk ladies are always kind to me, I also don't expect people to entertain me and understand that their job is to check me in and out, not to have conversations with me. All in all I am so happy with this office. All the doctors have been amazing and the ladies/staff have been great. They have a pretty solid team. read more

TOTS AND TEENS PEDIATRICS Is a disgusting establishments that should be ashamed of themselves. In the beginning when we first moved here and he was seeing PA Bennie everything was great. Once she left everything went down hill. The last 3 times my son was sick they did not see him and told me to go to the ER. Then someone I know called for an emergent visit 2 second later with me present and got an appointment. So I went in today letting them know My son needed to see the doctor and insisted they squeeze my son in and they did so with disgust on their faces. So around the appointment time my son finally fell asleep after being up for over 28 hours sick and I called to let them know I don't think I should wake him up and I would like to move it. She said ok, FORGOT TO HANG UP, and started talking crap about me and my son. Using his full name, date of birth, and description. Began to speak about his medical concerns with other staff and began to use vulgar language while describing me. She then realized I was still on the phone and hung up. I called back and let them know I was coming with the police. We went and I got my sons récords and will be reporting them. I WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN AND ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO EITHER! (I also have a heart condition where some days are better than others, PA Bennie knew this and was understandI have.) they are holding that against my son after she left because they deemed that "special treatment" and are not getting him in. read more

Very unhappy with my experience.. Receptionist was just nonchalant when we came in for the first time. I can't really say rude because she wasn't, it just seemed like she is not very happy that she's there. I felt unwelcome! The person who saw my baby, not sure if she was a doctor, PA or NP as she never mentioned it, never went through the paperwork that I filled out. I'm new to the area and from out of state, my experience with our previous pediatric office was totally different. No introduction or anything. Felt rushed and most of all, she said she was going to send a script to my pharmacy for my baby's rash but never did! Very disappointed at this point! read more

The best pediatrician in St Cloud. Dr Hala has got to be the best caring doctor I have ever came across. I take both my teen and toddler to her office. I love the friendliness of everyone from the front desk , to the nurses, to Dr Hala!. The office is very convenient and always very clean. I love that they put movies for the kids to watch while we wait. I love the honesty of Dr Hala every time I have a concern or question. Dr.Hala and her Doctor and Nursing staff are amazing!!! It use to be only her there as the doctor! I have been going there since 2014 right after my daughter was born!! She is an awesome pediatrician!! She knows what she is talking about and what to give you for the medical condition or give a referral to see a specialist. My daughter was 2 years old and became immune to, Amoxicillin she was having ear infections over and over to the point I had to come to the office for 3 days in a row and she had to get a shot in each leg each day because that was the only way to get rid of the infection causing the earache, that's when she referred me to an ENT Specialist where she got a set of tubes, along with her tonsils and adenoids taken out because the tonsils were almost touching! Her patients have grown greatly over the years which is awesome because it shows you how good of a reputation she has in this small town but also assures you that your kid will be treated properly and they will get down to the bottom of it! The Office Staff is nice and can answer any questions you have or need any paperwork they can provide it for you! I LOVE THE NEW OFFICE!!! The last but one of the MOST IMPORTANT THINGS about this office is if your child is sick you call first thing in the AM and they are more than likely going to be able to fit you in for a same-day appt, not 4 days out by that time you have gone to the hospital if they are that sick, but they make sure they do the best they can the same day for a sick visit especially!!! Very cleanly always has been but taking extra precautions because of Covid-19, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST VERY PASSIONATE CARING DOCTORS WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CHILD AND THEY'RE WELL BEING All together I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND DOCTOR AND WON'T BE GOING ANYWHERE ANYTIME SOON!! read more

Went here today for my newborn assessment because he was born at home unassisted. The front desk lady was very nice and pleasant. I saw Dr. Cuevas and he was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He made sure any questions I had were answered. The reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because 1 I called numerous times and left a message to not get a call back for an appointment. I just decided to try one more time and finally someone answered and I was able to get an appointment next day. Also Dr. Cuevas did something that he SHOULD NOT have done and that was slightly forcefully retract my intact son. I think I stopped him before damage was possibly done but as a Dr he should know that NEVER under any circumstances should you forcefully retract an intact child. There is absolutely no need to, not even to "clean" the penis because it is self cleaning just as the vagina. We dont forcefully open a vagina and clean with soap and water and we don't do that with intact boys either. This causes pain, swelling and most importantly it can cause infections and the baby will end up having to be circumcised which is what an intact parent DOES NOT want. So as a patient of intact boys I highly recommend the staff at your offices educate themselves on this matter so that they can stop giving misinformation to parents and possibly causing complications. Other than that my visit there was pleasant and if we ever had to see the pediatrician again for any of my 6 children we would probably return however I will make it known loud and clear to keep their hands off all of my son's penises. Update 11:10pm the tip of my 3 day old penis is red and slightly swollen and I am furious! I hope it resolves on it's own but if not I will be in contact with a lawyer. read more
