She didn't even send the prescription to the pharmacy I had to return twice (Uber it since I was on vacations in Orlando). To summarize, this nurse has not social skills to work with patients and its not efficient in her job. According to the website they close at 5:00 pm and I called to go there before 4:00 pm. Patients should be accepted on a walk-in basis during all advertised operating hours. Though I can add a few more details on how well they take care of things after this has happened again. There's been no improvement since. My little sister's name has been spelt wrong for the longest time (and we fill out a form?). We've waited in a room for the pediatrician to show up for about an hour multiple times. I'm not sure if they're severely understaffed or what is going on, but they all seem to be leisurely. I've been going here for over two years as a translator for my stepmom, but also as the person that has to deal with the 20+ minute long waiting on the phone for them to hang up on me.
