I've known Amber for how skillful, experienced, and knowledgeable she is in this field and how she helped a family member rid acne. Recently, I returned for my second appointment. This time, Jessica did the microdermabrasion and WOW, did she do an outstanding job or what! Talk about attention to detail.I was blown away with how my skin felt so smooth after the treatment. No redness, no soreness, nothing. It's Day 3 and my skin is still glowing! I cannot wait to return for my next appointment. Oh, Sarah at the front desk is lovely and welcoming, and so is Nina, the CEO of the spa. It's so worth the 1 1/2 hour commute each way. Highly recommend!

I can't tell you what a lovely experience I had here the other day. If this is too long to read,…read morejust know: it's worth a little bit of money to treat yourself and take good care of yourself, and get to feel very pampered. I had to give a speech on Wednesday. In the before times, public speaking was very much a part of my wheelhouse, and Ioved to get to do it. After a rough two years, I was doubting my every word as I prepared to give my speech. I decided I needed the confidence boost provided by hair and makeup. I made an appointment at Drybar, and then directly after at Cos Bar. The darling Natasha did my makeup, and she talked to me the whole time so I would feel comfortable and relaxed leading up to my speech. She was absolutely darling. My makeup looked so good, and I love the products she recommended. The best thing: if you spent $200 or more, you got a free spring samples kit. The samples are incredible and easily valued at well over $200. I left for a work trip the day after, and packing was so fun because I had all these lovely little sample sizes. I will be a customer forever. And I will come here whenever I need my makeup with a side of pep talk and friendly chit chat.

I've tried Microneedling once (took 3-4 days for the redness to fade), this stimulates collagen formation and skin renewal. I highly recommend both services for glowy beautiful skin, and they offer so many others! The staff, nurses and Aestheticians are always very welcoming, nice and knowledgeable regarding the services they offer. I've always seen Jessi Smith, she's amazing! They also sell iS Clinical (along with other brands) and I like to stock up on their products and services during their Family and Friends appreciation week! I highly recommend this spa if you haven't tried it yet.

I've even become a fan of ZO Medical and Turo skin care for my everyday skin needs. Don't knock it, the stuff really freakin works. No more Neutrogena, Clean & Clear and/or St. Ives for ME. I'm coming in here to be level-headed and not allow my emotions to take the best of my judgment…read more I'd gifted my husband a "diamond facial glow" at Renew Wellness and Aesthetics in Nicols Hills, OK bc I enjoyed my experience with their master aesthetician. Abbey, their receptionist was the one who assisted with the transaction, which I asked prior to purchasing the gift card to apply the amount ($125) to what their "men's version" of the diamond glow was (bc my husband is a black man with coarse facial hair) to their "women's diamond glow" (which is around $250-$300) and whatever add-ons my husband wanted to do during his facial, he would pay the extra or remaining balance on his own. Fast forward to yesterday, my husband appt was at 11 a.m. He arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. By 11:30 a.m. (on the dot), I received a phone call from my husband telling me that his facial was over. I was confused bc I was under the impression that that entire facial service was an hour long which in his case, lasted less than 30 min. I called to get clarification on what the "diamond glow facial" for men intel bc he felt that the whole experience was completely rushed and subsequently felt he was displaced in a "high-end/luxury" spa. The receptionist Abbey, whom I was interacting with through this whole situation, proceeded to tell me that my husband received a 45-minute facial and that he was given an extra 15 min for his facial bc he was a new client. A COMPLETE BOLD FACE LIE (I have proof to show that I called them at 11:32 a.m. after getting off the phone with my husband) HOW DID HE RECEIVE AN EXTRA 15 MINs WHEN HIS APPT STARTED AT 11 AND ENDED BEFORE 11:30?!?! Someone, PLEASE explain to me how this makes sense?! Due to this interaction, I became more irate and disturbed, then started to think to myself, "Was he rushed off bc he's BLACK (note: their entire staff is predominately white) and didn't feel the need to or apply their expertise on the things he might need during his facial?! In addition, not offer different services to add on so he can feel like he's receiving a luxury facial?!" I understand if there is a miscommunication on the services he was receiving but telling me/us we are lying and then not providing the quality experience I had received when I had my services done is very unsettling and upsetting. I expressed my feelings to Abbey and she "assured me" his RACE had nothing to do with the service he was given and that she would talk to her supervisor to rectify the situation, which I was at this point completely put off by everything and that I didn't want nor need anything from them. To me, I felt the damage had been done. Feelings are altered and difficult to reverse. Abbey shared with her supervisor the distaste thoughts and feelings I had due to my husband's experience and they had the nerve and audacity to offer the same diamond facial in the next 6-8 weeks but for a "full hour-long service" AND still having to pay the $125!! THIS is their way of rectifying the whole situation. NO THANK YOU! I respectfully declined their offer bc I will NEVER support a place that handled this situation as they did as well as make their POC/Black clients feel "tolerable", displaced, and unwanted.

My…read moreprevious injector was phenomenal (back in VA), but I moved about a year ago and have held off on letting anyone touch my face out here in OKC. I'm glad I made the leap of faith with Jessie! She's super rad, kind and overall really takes into account your needs. I went in mainly for Botox with the intention of discussing my TMJ. I've had it bad since I was 17 due to a sports injury and as of this past year, it was becoming increasingly uncomfortable due to years of further grinding, stress and whatnot. My smile started to shift and lock on the right side. I could feel swelling, which I learned later on is muscle. We went ahead and did some Masseter Botox, per Jessie's recommendation and when I tell you that I couldn't be more happy... I know Masseter Botox can be tricky, but holy cow the difference it has made for me. They said "this will change your life" and honestly it has in more than one way. My headaches... poof. The clicking... poof. The swelling/muscle that made my face lopsided... poof (and still correcting). The right corner of my smile, I can literally feel it reactivating and lifting. It's the craziest sensation, but it's an exciting one for me. I literally screamed of joy when I first got that corner to lift. I can't wait to continue getting treatments here. The place is clean, bright, everyone is so nice and I am truly happy with my results. I'm flabbergasted. I don't have to edit my jaw in every picture anymore. I can smile freely. And most importantly: I feel CONFIDENT. Also, the lift my forehead Botox gave me created the prettiest arch in my brows. That was unexpected but I'm obsessed. I feel like a whole new person. PS. I'm editing this to add a note: the before and after are less than 2 weeks apart.

I called to schedule a consultation and meet with one of the estheticians. Here's the thing I didn't like: I felt like I had to pry information, almost like I had to ask all of the questions instead of being educated on what to expect, etc. However, when I did ask questions, there were answered with gentleness. The service was quick 10 mins if that. I got up and asked a few more questions (thing I didn't like), purchased some sunscreen, and scheduled another appointment. The ladies were really nice and welcoming and helped me determine a sunscreen to meet my needs. Overall, the experience was good, I just didn't like the "consultation" portion. If I didn't ask it, then I wouldn't have known it. Like I'm still really unsure if the things I'm currently doing are okay. Lol.
