I explained that my phone wasn't working, and there was an awkward moment where he stayed quiet for about a minute. During the interaction, I felt uncomfortable. The way he responded made me feel like he was judging me because of my skin color and my age. Because of that, I almost asked to speak with the manager on duty. Fortunately, as the conversation continued, he became calmer, more patient, and more helpful, which made the rest of the interaction go a little better.

I didn't want to have to mail my phone somewhere else and be phoneless for days, so when I filed the report they said I could visit CPR in-person and get it fixed the same day. Making the appointment online was super easy and when I got there, they already had me checked in and everything. However, even if you make an appointment that doesn't mean there's no waiting time. My phone took about 2 hours to get it fixed, and while I was there I saw how busy they were with all the walk-ins. Overall it was a great experience and I am thankful to staff for their amazing work. I also appreciate that they suggested a screen protector they could install in there to give my phone some extra safety from my crazy child. Thank you CPR team for all your help!

After being…read morecorrected on what I had thought I had seen the manager I assume, had chimed in by saying "lately the customers will tell us what cooperate is doing because they know before we do." Or something to that affect, that's comforting.     My husband had then inquired as to what if anything the company is doing to alleviate any burden on the customers. What was it? Extra data? Again comforting. This associate was not at all sympathetic and had this gross unsettling smug smile on his face.     My husband and I work at daycares which unfortunately are no longer running due to this global crisis. My husband before leaving says something profane directed to the higher ups. Which I can agree was inappropriate. This was a few weeks ago, we walk in again today to pay our bill to see the same associate whom all but perked up at the sight of us.     He is really good at making people uncomfortable, interesting to have someone working with customers. We talk to a different associate pay our bill and upon exiting he sarcastically remarks "have a good day sir."     It seems there was a manager on sight, he could have in a civil way confronted my husband on his behavior when last we were there. Instead a sarcastic send off is his action. We usually pay online and I don't know if all the associates that work here act in such a crude manner. I'm coming here again, I don't think anyone else should either.
