First time I went I got more than 2 Remy, with no problem. The people helped and I spent almost 45mins just to shop around. BUT the cashier was slow. Second time I have to say horrible service. The manager, whoever he is(kinda short, grey hair, with glasses, he was there around 9:30pm on a Friday 1/4/2019) is super racist. My boyfriend parked the car outside planning to help me carry the liquors out. He yelled at him to move he's car, he could have ask nicely, and there was two cars parked right in front of our car(which was not Asian). Then he gave us attitude while we were inside the store, and said something to others( think I didn't hear anything.) So my boyfriend went out to he's car. He told the cashier not to let me check out until both of us show IDs, is not like we are underage. Are you fking blind, clearly he want to check both of our IDs just because he is racist af and try to make it the hard way. He was nice to others that was not Asian. The most rude employees I've ever come across. Especially the manager Rick. Older guy with white balding hair and glasses. Wears a white shirt. He's so unprofessional. The ones on the floor wearing the grey vests always always try to avoid customers when asking for help. One older man who works at the register is one of the worst. Just because I'm "younger looking" when it's time to ask me for ID he does it in a really mean way (which I obviously HAVE an ID I'm almost 30!) Or the girl who literally drops your bottles into the bags..And they always want to box up my bottles which I personally prefer them bagged up.. but when I politely ask for them bagged up instead of in a box (which makes it way heavier for me) they get frustrated/annoyed with me & throw the box back to where they got it. It's like this EVERY single time. Like.. I'm sorry, but when I'm at work..no one cares how I feel.. I'm at WORK and have to do my job. That's it. That's life. If they don't like it then don't work. Period! Although, there is a VERY nice guy that works there. He has long hair and usually putting bottles on shelves. He's the only one there thats friendly, comes up to you & offers to help + doesn't get annoyed when I ask for help location a bottle. The store is HUGE. It's a scavenger hunt finding anything in there. What do they expect?! I'm so sick and tired of them avoiding me and other customers, then when I finally hunt them down they'll just give me a vague answer. You can just sense that you're bothering them. The tan guy with the pony tail is the only one who will walk me over to my bottle & grab it for me. He even puts it in my carriage! But seriously, these employees need to be whipped into shape! They're point blank RUDE and just want to chat with each other their whole shift. And the manger Rick isn't the one who should do it because he's just as bad if not worse. The store itself has a great selection. It's just the employees that make it a bad experience & im over their attitudes & laziness. I don't want to come off as a "negative Nancy" but I'm sorry... if they're at work then too bad. Do your job. I'm spending a good amount of money here and when I'm on the clock I have to be professional no matter what. I don't get it. read more

We are very pleased with this store! It is one of the best Wine store than anywhere else in Massachusetts. Normally, you will find a bottle of wine at least $3 dollars or more cheaper than any other wine store. What's more? If you buy 6 bottles of wines and you will get lower prices. Great for budget people! You will not regret to shop this store because you will find everything at this store. It also has a cigar store inside too! Also, they do have wine tasting to taste before you purchase. It has lots of wonderful wine glasses, gifts, etc. You will be very happy once you go in and you will definitely go back again! Yesterday was my first time in Total Wine & More, and as I came through the doors with my cart I must admit as I looked around I felt a bit overwhelmed...that feeling didn't last long lol, a Customer Service Rep quickly directed me to what I was looking for (which I found for $10 less than what I had been paying :) I then met Mike who helped me out with my second purchase..he was amazingly helpful and not only directed me to where I could chill my bottle of Corona, he went and got my cranberry juice!!! Excellent variety of wines , so much so that it can be a little confusing. The staff here is excellent and on my visits they had plenty of them to assist me in the Wine department. They are very knowledgeable and their help was significant. I was trying to track down a specific Spanish Wine which I have not been able to find because I forgot the name . With very little help from me I was brought to the wine in no time , thanks to the staff. I still was not sure if it was the correct wine and had my doubts . When it was opened that night it was exactly the wine I had been searching for !! The price of wine is also a great value ! Also picked up some cordials as I could not believe how good the price was.
