I didn't go in person. Got very had vibes fromt the woman answering the phone. I believe her that the business changed hands. Old ownership I cannot imagine allowing their employee to answer the phone like this. Abrupt, fast, cold, impersonal, asking only what I need from them in that moment -- self-centered and jumping to conclusions. I'd stay away, if I were you.

I had time to kill so I wanted to check out their huge store and products. They have a ton of bowls, bongs, grinders, vapes, cigars, rolling trays, and almost any accessory you can think of. They are a bit overpriced, but they do have a large selection of unique pieces that are hard to find. Definitely one of the bigger smoke shops I've been in (and I've been in many). Really well stocked & organized, easy to navigate, and good service. They do not allow for refunds or store credit, though. I was a pedestrian walking by, and the door to this liquor store suddenly exploded due to a drunk…read moreperson destroying it and throwing a wine bottle through the glass. I walked by just as this happened and got glass all over me, including in my eye. It is in my hair, my clothes, everywhere. I have cuts and scrapes. I was freaking out, scared, crying, and in a lot of pain, and, not able to see due to the glass in my eye. One of the men who works at or owns the store, a large short man with a balding gray ponytail and an unkempt beard, came out. He did not ask if I were ok, If I needed medical attention, or if I needed an ambulance. He barely looked at me, even though it was obvious I had been hit by the glass and was injured. He did not care at ALL that an innocent person was just seriously harmed walking by his store. He is a horrible person who does not care about his community. When the ambulance and police arrived, he continued to show callousness by not checking on me. He never ONCE asked if I was ok. I later called the store to ask for the owner's information for any legal case I may have, as I need extensive medical care due to my eye injury. Another employee or owner answered and they refused to give it to me once they found out I was the injured woman. They then, hung up on me, and subsequently blocked my number. I will be following up with an attorney and a police report. I am truly disgusted by the lack of caring for the community that is displayed by this long standing store snd its employees/owners. What a disgrace. While it is not necessarily their fault the door incident happened, it IS their fault for refusing tk show a shred of human decency. Clearly, they were more concerned about their store than the woman covered in glass snd in pain from glass in her eye. They could have least checked on me, asked if I was ok. The lack of caring about an innocent person being injured by their property is truly, utterly shocking. As a human, I cannot imagine standing there after witnessing someone become injured by my store, and not asking them if they are ok or if they need anything. That is the bare minimum of being a decent human being and community member. I have all of this on video and will be sharing on social media. This man and this store does not belong in our Boston community. Our community cares when others are injured. The main agent/owner, David DiNardi, needs to do better on ensuring his employees and his store are decent human beings. I will continue to pursue all my legal options. It's also really weird that Dave DiNardi also is a dental ceramics maker and owns a dental lab. Super sketchy to own such a wide variety of businesses. I would be very suspicious of his dental business if this is how he runs his liquor store. Seems very sketchy.

Was passing through the city and went in last night about 30 min prior to them closing. I had been…read morehere before so I quickly checked in and went up. When it was my turn with the bud tender (about 25 min before closing) I quickly and clearly explained I wanted a vape that did not have non cannabis terpenes aka all the artificial flavoring. Both this bud tender and an associate stocking the shelves assisted me with finding one. While they weren't overly familiar with the stock they carried they took the time to look and find me the best option. They brought me 3 to choose from. [The review turns negative here] At this point the bud tender that was helping me told me they closed her register and I needed to go wait for one of the other bud tenders to help me. She gave the 3 vape choices to the other bud tenders. One of those two bud tenders still at a register was open so i went to them. She told me she couldn't help me then called the next person in line. Eventually she said ok and went to charge me for all 3 vapes. I nicely clarified I only wanted one but didn't know what was what as she didn't want to let me see the strain names or anything on the bags. I finally convinced her to let me see the 3 options strain names so I could determine what worked best for me. While this happened her coworker asked her to step aside to help someone else and I again got shoved to the side. Once I was able to see the strain names I made my decision within 30-40 SECONDS and then had to continue waiting because "there wasn't a register open". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE. I 100% did not want to give them my money at this point after being so blatantly disrespected and disregarded and shuffled around and shoved out of the way; but after having been in there so long waiting to be helped there were no other dispos open nearby. At any dispensary I have ever been to all across the country it has NEVER taken more than 2-3 minutes MAX to ask for a vape, see the vape and purchase it. Instead I spent dang near 30 minutes in here because of the employees ineptness. Because I couldn't even properly see what I was buying they sold me a half gram vape instead of a full gram. I literally have nothing nice to say about this experience / place and your money is sent spent elsewhere. If you're buying vapes keep in mind 98% of the ones they carry all have artificial flavoring and terpenes that are NOT cannabis. This is degrading the quality you are buying, can cause adverse effects, and is false advertising
