I visit for in person purchases and I've also completed pickup orders. Let me just say this when I'm checking out upfront they are engaging kind they give insight. They acknowledge what you're purchasing and they also give you feedback if you have any questions. For pick up orders I've had the issue where I was a day behind pick up and they called to remind me I had the order which I really appreciate it. Most places will just put your order back assuming that you're not gonna show up, but that extra step of kindness really did matter because that day I did have a lot on my plate, but that gentle reminder just out of the kindness of their heart is just showing to me that they do go above and beyond. I went the day before New Year's, and it definitely was extremely busy but when I tell you, Management was on the floor, asking everyone if they were finding everything if they needed assistance, they were suggesting alternatives for anything that they were out of stock of every time I visit here it's very pleasant. If you need help or suggestions or just a new cocktail suggestion definitely visit the team here wants to actually help you. It's a bit smaller than some of the other mega liquor stores in the area, bus still a lot to offer. The team here is always super friendly and helpful if you're looking for something specific. Prices are always about on par with the area, so I don't find myself comparing prices. Only thing I'd love to see more of is a bit more NA product. It's more conveniently located than Total Wine and I'd definitely do all my wine/beer/mocktail shopping here, given the choice.

However, today's visit has prompted me to make the slightly longer drive to Total Wines in the future for a totally (pun intended - ha!) different experience - friendly helpful service, bustling activity, tastings, seemingly happy customers, etc. Today I purchased over $500, including 6 bottles of (somewhat pricey) wine which according to all the signage would provide a 10% discount on said wine. I actually left the store and returned when I realized that I hadn't received that discount. Alas, I was told by two young saleswomen that the wine I selected was not eligible for that promotion, "only wines whose prices end in .99" (I kid you not). They asked if I wanted to return the entire order and go pick different wine that would be eligible. By that time, I was NOT happy and I managed to get out the door while maintaining my calm cool composure (LOL).
