Don't go here if you're a whiskey person. Me and others come here when other DFW locations get allocated whiskey in. Every other location gets the whiskey in and puts it on the shelf. On multiple occasions, this Euless location makes it clear they don't like their whiskey customers. We will wait in line to get bottles we really love and they will come up to you in a pissed off tone saying "We didn't get it in and we aren't going to get it in!". We waited for a while and they waited for us to leave and then put a couple bottles out on the shelf later that day. So they will straight up lie to your face just because they dont like the whiskey people wanting bottles they love. Particularly one person that was doing this was Shiela or however you spell it. She was extremely rude and was the person with the big attitude towards us waiting for a bottle we knew they had. They just let their employees buy the bottles before they put them out on the shelves so that's why they only will put 2 bottles out sometimes. Just go to Specs or a smaller local store. Customer service is way better and they actually love to have their whiskey people come wait for nice bottles. They will even go out of their way to get them for you. Nobody likes getting lied to their face. Good job at hating your job Shiela. read more

Con: * An overly-aggressive carding policy. I understand not wanting twelve-year-olds to buy tequila, and the fact that there are liability issues to consider. However, I'm clearly of legal age and was mildly annoyed to have a manager shouted over to check my ID. Moreover, the loud signs proclaiming the store's policy of "arresting" children don't come off so well in this era of well-documented police brutality. Pros: * Reasonable (though not budget) prices * Wide selection, including of some fine -- and I do mean FINE -- wines. * John, the knowledgeable friendly clerk/manager and fellow French cuisine enthusiast who helped me select a great Porto and Sauternes! Apart from the annoying carding policy, I was pleased. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Texas, and wish there were good wine shops like this back home in New York! read more

This place has the slowest checkout of any store I have ever been too. No clue as to why.

I just left this store and I went to buy some blueberry soda with my younger brother who is 10 years younger than I! I'm 29. In the line right ahead of us was a mother and her "son" she wasn't asked for ID not her son. When I go to check out with my soda. The cashier asked for me and my brother's ID. My brother doesn't have an ID but I told her does it matter if I'm buying soda and the lady ahead of us wasn't asked for ID nor her son. The manager was called to the front even after I showed her my ID. The manager asked my brother to step out the store so I can purchase the soda. I under the rules but please apply that to all customers. And not just the ones you want to single out. I do thank the workers that helped me find the blueberry soda. But they won't get my business anymore. read more

Great place to buy adult beverages! They carry my gin (I drink The Botanist) which is great because not everyone carries it. Great selection. The staff is SUPER helpful. My friend has celiac and loves this one specific GF beer. I was having a hard time finding it. A staff member spent about 30 minutes with me trying to hunt down the beer anywhere in the metroplex. Turns out the brewery discontinued it. But, the time spent was very appreciated. read more

I like the Euless store, very helpful when in the store and I buy there a lot. Where I have run in to problems is getting support from customer service over the phone. For example, they have 2 bottles left of a champagne that I like and so I called because I wanted to know when they would get more delivered. She said she would check and came back and told me she did not know when they would get delivery. I asked if it is on a schedule or would it be this month or next, did not know. Then another time I had called because I was having problems with my online order getting it to take the payment. So I checked with them and they had not had any problems said she could not help unless someone else was having problems and they had 2 people. So I said ok and cancelled my order. read more

I love Total Wine! I'm glad this location opened up. I use to go to the Denton location but this one is closer to me. They have a huge selection and they always have staff that are able to offer recommendations. I've been to Total Wine a few times in the past looking for new wines to try and when I tell them the types of wine I normally like, more often than not they have great recommendations. They always have new drinks that they are sampling too. It's also a great store to stop at if you are looking for some beverages to take to a party or get together. If you sign up for the rewards program you can get discounts. read more

My disappointment came from the lack of courtesy and concern for a paying customer over a mask preference. It's not what they were asking , it HOW they did it. The embarrassment in front of others by saying, "You have to wear it. You can't hold it up to your face." "Yeah, up over your nose!" I just left!!!!! It wasn't worth it! I'm not going to be commanded in this way from anyone! I'm the customer here. At work, I'd call HR about harassment and unprofessional power-trip. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I purchased an item and realized after the transaction they charged me more than the price was on the shelf. I then went back to the shelf and took a picture. Then I went to customer service which I thought would be able to help but she just looked at my receipt and picture and told me to get back in line. I got back in line and then the cashier had to call a manager/supervisor to the front since the supervisor in customer service did not come over to help finish the transaction. I finally got an assistant manager to help finish the transaction. Something that should have taken no more than minutes took way longer. Please stop looking overwhelmed and just help the customer! read more

The employees here are kind, helpful and welcoming! You could get lost within the variety of liquors and wines but my most favorite is buy individual beers! I always want to try different new beers without buying the whole pack and the selection within this store is off the charts! You must go if you're there just to look or buy for your next night with a beverage. read more

Although they have a lot of brands of Tequila to choose from, and they do carry the top labels, they carry numerous brands that I have never heard of or don't recall seeing at Goody Goody. This seems to be the case in other categories also. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, just saying if you don't drink top shelf you might have to try something new. read more
